Our plane was delayed and arrived at 3am at the hotel only to find out the room that we reserved with a king size bed was not available anywhere in hotel and had to settle for 2 queen beds. As well we paid extra for south view strip. Our room was facing south and looking onto the planet hollywood V-theatre and not the strip so not happy with the way this was handled. The customer service rep said that he would waive 2 nights of the resorts for compensation only to find out that he didn't document this. If we didn't check out in person we would have to a try to fight this when we got home. On the positive side, the hotel was in a great location and rooms were clean and enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. It was just the right size and able to walk to the strip easily. We like Bobby's Burgers which also had options for breakfast and Domenique Ansel Marche for sandwich, salads and pastries. Both reasonably priced for this area. The brioche cafe in the front do not have the best pastries - would recommend Domenique Ansel Marche. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel/casino is not perfect but overall it’s in a great location (mid Strip) and the room rates are relatively reasonable. The inside of the hotel is very scenic, well maintained and clean. It’s a cool themed hotel On the down said, as others have said, the check in lines always seem to be present and are long. With that said, Paris was good about emailing me suggesting to check in and out. That process was very efficient - no lines! Use the e check in! Here are my complaints. I paid extra to have a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower with a great view of Bellagio. While my view from the 25th floor was lovely, it was greatly disappointing that the windows were filthy. Additionally, a part of my view looks down upon the swimming pool which is closed for the winter. The pool was mostly drained and, the water that was left was filthy. Taking photos from my room was disheartening because of the dirty windows made everything look gray. So, check out the hotel and see what you think.

The location is amazing, however- bad cell service and TV service almost makes it a deal breaker! Is this a problem at other hotels? The comforter was more like a heavy sheet, think I would prefer a more plush, softer comforter. Also, you join Caesars Rewards only to find out that all the restaurants at hotel are privately owned, so you are not going to get credits for the hundreds of dollars you spend on food!! Think I might try another location next time. But, this was definitely nice overall (but, watching TV- the show will cut on and off because of signal issues🤷♀️)

Beautiful room but you need to be very smart to figure out how the shower taps work. Water pressure and temperature were inconsistent. Otherwise the room was lovely and clean. We were here for a bachelorette party and the front desk saw to it that we had adjoining rooms. The location is great.

Check in took forever. Burnt out lightbulbs in lamps, rust in bathtub, noisy fan when furnace tunred on, chipped woodwork, stained carpet. The windows were SO dirty could barely see out. The extra resort fee they charge each day is a joke. Never staying at Paris again. Only plus was the staff were very nice
