I had an incredible experience at The Signature MGM! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, offering impeccable service with a smile. The suite was luxurious, spacious, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. I particularly loved the quiet, non-casino atmosphere, which made it feel like a serene retreat amidst the excitement of the Strip. The private pools, easy access to MGM Grand, and top-notch amenities made everything so convenient. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a base for exploring Vegas, The Signature MGM is a fantastic choice. I can’t wait to return and will absolutely recommend it to friends and family!

I wish I had known it was valet parking only, because I had no cash with me and I felt awkward not tipping the hard working staff. Strip View is hardly worth it unless you are staying over 4th of july or new years to enjoy fireworks. I got a balcony strip view rooms and while the room was large, clean and comfortable, I guess my expectation of "strip view" left me disappointed. No chairs/tables on balcony, you have to drag one outside from the room

The room is not properly marketed and advertised by Marriott. This property is akin to their Vacation Club portfolio or a finer quality Residence Inn. The lack of room service and similar hotel-based amenities, an on-property restaurant with service from at least 6am until 10pm, and readily available help at all hours made it fall short from expectations. As stated, this is an advertising and marketing problem. Secondary issue is that my status was/is not recognized - upgrades were for sale and not complementary, there was no arrival gift of points or water/snack (I've come to really appreciate and expect this as I take medication with food at night), and the availability of bell desk help with luggage was not available due to the hour of our arrival. The MGM app is horrible, especially on a mobile platform. It is of limited value in scheduling spa appointments at the primary property (MGM Grand Hotel), has little information for the restaurants (cannot use it to set reservations), and doesn't even provide a map of the property. Lastly, the clerk who processed my check-in was snarky - he acted as if he were doing me favors by upgrading the room (I got what I paid for), waiving resort fee for one night (by law it could not be charged for all 3 days since we arrived after midnight), and just generally had a crap attitude - no orientation to the property, thanks for staying with us, etc... The lack of Internet TV, screen size of the television, and screen quality were poor. The entertainment available through the TV was powered by a very slow menu system that was confusing to navigate - as with everything in Vegas, I had the feeling that I was being nickled and dimed for anything to do with the entertainment system so we just turned it off. No ice maker in the refrigerator, no pre-arrival grocery shopping service identified, and while the rooms have kitchens, you must call to have them stocked with even a water glass or cutlery. On the plus side, the furnishings were of a good quality and tasteful. I appreciated the comfortable sofa. We scheduled spa appointments through the app which allowed things to be arranged on the half-hour. The spa does not offer or honor appointments which start on a half-hour. Thus all our spa appointments needed to be re-booked to begin on the hour. Food delivery to the property is chaos - the lack of an on-site restaurant meant that Door Dash and similar were constantly arriving at the property. My order was taken by the wrong person because the delivery driver did not confirm my name. The front desk will not accept deliveries and deliveries cannot be made to rooms due to the security setup. A similar problem occurs with ride-share - someone nabbed our Uber to the airport and another had to be ordered and the original ride canceled so that I wouldn't get billed. This wouldn't be a big deal if the hotel had a taxi stand and guests encouraged to use taxis (or at least know that it's a better option in most cases - while not the hotel's problem, we attended an event and cabs were non-existent when it let out and the chaos with ride-share created a dangerous and overly congested area).

PROS: Lovely large room with great balcony and pretty good view of the Sphere and lights (plus a large boring parking lot), quiet, great water pressure, comfy bed and nice kitchenette, and clean. We chose Signature Suites for convenience to attend the KA show at nearly adjacent MGM Grand, as it was larger rooms and less expensive due to being a bit off the strip. Good location near the strip, not too far north or south, so we could walk to the main spots. Excellent swift and courteous Valet parking. Pleasant lobby decor. Have your key ready for elevator and the doors between the 3 towers and the Grand hotel. NOTE: the walk from Tower 3 to the Theater for KA show (FABULOUS!) is 15 minutes, unless you're a slow walker. Allow plenty of time. CONS: Pool and Hot Tub (advertised amenities) were NOT OPEN after 4pm. Seriously absurd. And NO discount from the high Resort Fee. Be aware you must navigate through 10 minutes (brisk walking) of smoky casino and bars to restaurants and the theatre. This may trigger a migraine. There is access to the strip if you exit your tower and walk up the drive a short distance, even though the staff told us there was NO outside access to the strip. There is NO access to KA theater except through the smoky casino. Restaurants were unimpressive.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. A bit off main Vegas Strip, but attached to MGM grand by a walkway. So it was easy access to the strip. My only negative comment which should be addressed ny front desk mgmt is the lack of protocol when checking two lines in; one for Marriott owners and status and the other for remaining registered guests. The lack of direction by staff caused in some cases long and unnecessary registration delays. It's an easy fix if the desire is there to make it more positive for all.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
