We were treated 1st class. Over and beyond also the hotel was very clean classy and beautiful. Every staff member was great and very friendly. Service poolside was extraordinary as well! We will definitely be staying at Trump Hotel in the future. I would even go as far as saying we were treated atleast it felt like family 😆 🤣

Hidden costs added to your credit card on top of your resort fee and tax, no response from customer service !
Happy with the hotel room corner suite big enough for a family of 4, stayed for 9 nights. Nice view of the Sphere, very clean, the pool area was nice, not crowded. My only complaint is the hotel charged my credit card an additional fee of £1179 which I have no clue what is for. Our bill for room upgrade and resort fee and tax was $1004 which was paid at checkout. Sent an email but no response from them…no customer service! Beware of hidden costs

Wonderful experience
We received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. Our check in was done efficiently and Maria was exceptionally helpful. Our room was spacious with a beautiful kitchen, everything was neat and we had the most magnificent view of the strip and sphere. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Trump Hotel was as solid as can be. I want to live in one of those condos some day.
Everything at Trump was done right. The valet, bellhop, pool staff, and everyone I encountered was outstanding. Beautiful room and a great vibe. Great value for the money. I was sad to leave. Very professional and it over delivered. Next time I need to try the restaurant.

Very impressed!! Staff is extremely polite and helpful. When you come in the lobby you are greeted with a calm and fresh sweet smell, not like the hotels with casinos that are usually loud and smells like smoke. This is the hotel to stay at if you want to relax but also enjoy the strip. By far the best service I've ever gotten from a hotel.
