Find all of the beauty and drama of Venice in a most unlikely place when you check into The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino on the Strip in Las Vegas. With soaring marble pillars, works of art and entire facades painstakingly recreated, not to mention actual canals with singing gondoliers gliding past, The Venetian captures the magic of Italy perfectly. The Grand Canal Shoppes, including some of the most sought-after designer names, and restaurants run by some of most highly regarded chefs, line the canals beneath vaulted, hand-painted ceilings. An 112,000 square foot casino awaits those ready to try their luck at the famed tables, while a variety of activities offer additional diversity. The Venetian is a chance to walk through halls of history, explore the beauty of one of Italy's most famous cities, and to experience the wonders that Las Vegas has to offer - in one spectacular resort.

Upon arrvial we checked in to our room and the air con was not working, they did however fix it quickly. We loved our stay and the beds were comfy..... now to the reason I would NEVER stay again.... upon leaving the room I left my hair straighteners to cool down, where as I appreciate I am at fault here, I contacted the hotel who advised the straighteners were not there. They were 100% left in the hotel therefore housekeeping or another member of staff has stolen them. Not what I expect from a 5 star hotel!

I have stayed at the Palazzo for several years now during CES and have always had a wonderful stay until this time. I came away with hundreds of bedbug bites and after a weeks worth of emails between myself and their “customer service” representative indicating they had housekeeping check my room and found no bedbugs???? I also don’t believe a live person was replying to my emails and it was mostly if not all AI. Long story short, I wasn’t believed by the Palazzo that I had bedbug bites even after sending them a photo. Very disappointing from a supposedly 5 Star Hotel. Needless to say I will never stay there again and will not recommend or say anything nice about them or their customer service. Very sad.

We were very excited to stay at the Venetian, which was in the middle of the strip & about 8 mins from the airport. We arrived early evening so check in was easy & we were given 2 room cards. 1 did not work so I had to queue up again the next morning to have it replaced. We stayed in a suite which when we arrived looked really nice but the next morning it looked very dated. The room was dusty & had paper on the floor near the desk & it had not been hoovered. I didn't want to start our holiday complaining so we let it go. However, 2 days in we ordered breakfast in the room & when we returned to the room later that day it had not been cleared & our room had not been cleaned. The next day the room still hadn't been cleaned & the remains of the breakfast had not been cleared away. We had no toilet paper so we're using tissues. I called reception & although apologetic they didn't seem shocked so I wonder if this is something that happens often. They sent someone to clean at an agreed time & they did a great job. Shame this wasn't done from day 1. Other than that the Venetian has a lot to offer with the gondolas, an abundance of shops & restaurants, a club & of course the Sphere. I would have rated it more but the lack of housekeeping & dates room let it down.

The Venetian/Palazzo was First Class. Employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms and all common areas were very clean. Very impressed with the hotel and will definitely stay there again. The canal shops were so nice and a great experience - with one huge exception. The makeup/cream stores. Employees stand outside screaming and harassing. "Hey lady, come get a sample. Your eyes look tired, let me fix them." It was disgusting and cheapened the experience. Please make them stop!

Had a disappointing stay at this hotel. I was in a cast and had crutches (I know ... not good for a Vegas visit) for a trip that was scheduled for six months. I get the rooms can be a long way from registration, food and shopping. I dealt with that issue as it was my choice to travel. The disappointing part was that Palazzo would not accommodate a request for a one hour later checkout. They said they do not accommodate late check outs ... turns out, they just wouldn't accommodate a late check out for me. There was no one ready to clean my room when we left at actual checkout time. Skip this place.

We have stayed in other Vegas top hotels but we would come back without a second thought. I wish I was there right now!
