Find all of the beauty and drama of Venice in a most unlikely place when you check into The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino on the Strip in Las Vegas. With soaring marble pillars, works of art and entire facades painstakingly recreated, not to mention actual canals with singing gondoliers gliding past, The Venetian captures the magic of Italy perfectly. The Grand Canal Shoppes, including some of the most sought-after designer names, and restaurants run by some of most highly regarded chefs, line the canals beneath vaulted, hand-painted ceilings. An 112,000 square foot casino awaits those ready to try their luck at the famed tables, while a variety of activities offer additional diversity. The Venetian is a chance to walk through halls of history, explore the beauty of one of Italy's most famous cities, and to experience the wonders that Las Vegas has to offer - in one spectacular resort.

Hello, My stay at the Palazzo is always great. The casino are the best & the selection of food and shopping is amazing. I love the fact that I do not have to leave the resort if I do not want to leave.. Everything is there.. My only complaint is that the Palazzo is a 5 star resort and the housekeeping is not up to par. I asked for additional towels from housekeeping & she said to go to the front desk. Why would I go to the front desk when she’s standing there with a cart full of hard towels? The bath towels are hard as a rock.. Uncomfortable hard. I don’t understand how this is acceptable. The towels will scratch your skin hard. Please add softener to your towels. Also, the rooms are smoky & musty. I woke up with sinus issues everyday.. The carpet or something needs cleaning. My eyes & noses were burning. There should be be a way to get fresh air into the room. Overall, I enjoyed the trip. Thank you for everything

The Venetian, which is now managed by the Apollo Managment company, has cheapened its services and products while demanding a high price for these services. Housekeeping was absent for our 4 days stay. Towels were smaller and unmatched and of poor quality (very rough and hard material) compared to previous stays. We repeatedly called for housekeeping services and were completely ignored. Then the housekeeping manager lied to us by stating we had our "DO NOT DISTURB" placard hanging on our door which was a complete and total lie. We were also monitored by the video poker game at the bars and told we could not get a complementary drink until we spent a certain amount of money first, which is signaled by a green light flashing at the bartender. Unbelievable! It made us feel like performing animals instead of hotel guests. The Venetian also has stopped its Veteran, Gold Star, and disabled Veterans recognition programs. We are 100% disabled from wartime service and were told to park in the garage where only the 6th floor was available near Harrah's hotel - quite a long walking distance for disabled persons to the Venetian rooms and check-in reception areas. We ended up having to pay $40.00 per day for the parking valet. Caesars properties and MGM properties have complimentary parking for veterans with a special veteran rewards card, so stay there if you need help or want a hotel that recognizes your service to this country. Many slot machines are dirty from sicky foods and spilled drinks. Ashtrays on the slot machines also are overflowing with cigg/cigar butts and ashes. Valet wait times are long - the valets told us they were cut to save money. The hotel is loud. Will not stay here again. Apollo Management is doing a poor job and doing a disservice for this once iconic, glamorous hotel.

Love this hotel! The rooms are very large with a separate large living room. We have spent six nights here on two different occasions and have never had any noise while trying to sleep at night. Grand Luxe Cafe is excellent for meals and fairly reasonable. Rooms are clean and bright with a large picture window. We had an issue with our television not working and it was fixed almost immediately! I highly recommend staying here.

The customer service was terrible. I don’t understand what happened. It is a Thursday and I checked in at 12. Both electronically and in person. The front desk told me I would have a room shortly. I waited about 3 hours and then went back because I did not hear from the hotel. However when I went back about 3 and a half hours later in person then by some chance a room was available. I’m here for a conference but never again will I stay here.

When you think you’re staying at a quality hotel you don’t expect to be nickeled and dimed. $56+ resort charge and &20 per day to park as a hotel guest. No coffee makers allows them to have $6 coffee at the foot of the elevators. The overpriced restaurants you expect. Just seems they are acting like the less quality hotels. I expected better

We have stayed in other Vegas top hotels but we would come back without a second thought. I wish I was there right now!
