From the moment I arrived at Lausanne Hotel, I knew my stay would be something special. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel at home with their warmth and professionalism. My room boasted a stunning lake view that was absolutely breathtaking, setting the tone for a serene and restful day. The thoughtful touches truly set this hotel apart, like the delightful welcome fruit plate and a complimentary minibar, which were much appreciated. Dining at the restaurant was another highlight of my visit. The meal was not only delicious but also satisfying, leaving me pleasantly full and thoroughly impressed by the culinary excellence. Lovely stay
We had an absolutely lovely pre-Christmas stay at Palace. The location is very convenient, the venue is lovely with comfortable rooms and the service is excellent.
