About the Hotel

Fine for one night, not overly great value
Hotel was fine. More appealing through photos online. Shower drain not functioning properly. Hotel staff was good. Housekeeping cart left in hallway for entire stay - unappealing. Location super convenient to train station especially for Heathrow. Had come from Gatwick, also convenient. More out of the way than other options for a one night stay with flights from each airport but used points

Excellent and convenient city hotel
This is a great hotel in the City. We arrived at 9:30am and were told our room was ready already. The downstairs areas of the hotel are wonderfully decorated, and the staff on the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, and the mini bar contained complimentary water, juice and soft drinks. Shower was powerful and hot and the bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was the highlight - one of the best spreads we've seen and with plenty of vegan options as well (including croissants/pastries). Very good quality food too, and the staff were polite and attentive. Being able to leave our bags after we checked out was a final bonus. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Hotel on Liverpool Street! The rooms were spotless and super comfortable—perfect for a relaxing family trip. What really made our experience special was Lucia, who was absolutely amazing with the kids. She went above and beyond to make them feel welcome and entertained, and they’re still talking about her! We also dined at Miyako, the on-site Japanese restaurant. Although it's a small space, the food was really good and fresh. A highlight for us was the amazing “kids eat free” offer—it made dining out with the family that much easier and more enjoyable. It’s a fantastic place for families to visit—great location, beautiful hotel, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely afternoon tea at 1901. and experienced an outstanding service by Carlton and his team. He was so lovely and kept checking up on us making sure we have the best service. Would 10/10 recommend. So far the best service we have received in London!!

Amazing stay in the UK
Amazing and cordial staff. Nicest hotel in the UK and the view / interior are beautiful. Location is central to most metro stations as well. Breakfast is well done, and the gym is perfect. Has rings, full rack of dumbbells, 2 barbells, and more
