Andaz London Liverpool Street

We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Hotel on Liverpool Street! The rooms were spotless and super comfortable—perfect for a relaxing family trip. What really made our experience special was Lucia, who was absolutely amazing with the kids. She went above and beyond to make them feel welcome and entertained, and they’re still talking about her! We also dined at Miyako, the on-site Japanese restaurant. Although it's a small space, the food was really good and fresh. A highlight for us was the amazing “kids eat free” offer—it made dining out with the family that much easier and more enjoyable. It’s a fantastic place for families to visit—great location, beautiful hotel, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely afternoon tea at 1901. and experienced an outstanding service by Carlton and his team. He was so lovely and kept checking up on us making sure we have the best service. Would 10/10 recommend. So far the best service we have received in London!!

Amazing and cordial staff. Nicest hotel in the UK and the view / interior are beautiful. Location is central to most metro stations as well. Breakfast is well done, and the gym is perfect. Has rings, full rack of dumbbells, 2 barbells, and more

What a lovely experience! We chose to stay at the Andaz to celebrate my Husbands birthday. We were going to the Abba Voyage show and preferred to stay in a more central London location to Stratford. We were so glad we made this decision. The hotel is really cool, quirky and chic. We were warmly greeted by Ryan and team, and immediately offered a complimentary drink. He is a great ambassador for Andaz. Extremely helpful with information about the hotel and surrounding area, and funny with it. The room (king size) was large, comfortable and quiet, with a great selection of complimentary snacks and soft drinks. The lovely surprise on our return from the show, was champagne on ice. Thank you Ryan! We have stayed at the Andaz, New York, several times, but this hotel surpasses it in terms of hospitality and being made to feel at home. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location for tourists and travelers who want to take the train, as it's right next to Liverpool Street Station. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping, plus an easy walk to Tower of London and other tourist sites. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Cons: I gave 4 stars because the rooms are a little bit dingy (particularly the carpet) which was disappointing given the price.
