The Chesterfield Mayfair

In April of 2025, my wife and traveled to London with our 10 year old granddaughter. We had stayed at the Chesterfield Mayfair in previous visits and retuned because we have always thoroughly enjoyed our stays. This time was even more exceptional. First, the hotel facilities are wonderful - beautifully appointed and decorated, located in a great neighborhood. That alone is worth a visit. But, the service is what really steals your heart. Every member of the staff is charming, gracious and wonderfully helpful. We have never felt more cared for. Our granddaughter was especially captivated by the experience - she wanted to stay with her new friends at the Chesterfield Mayfair forever. While every staff member was delightful, Francisco, a server in the lounge, was of particular note. He treated our granddaughter like a Princess, always happy to see her and fulfill her every wish. She was enamored as only a 10 year old can be. I wish had could communicate even more how profoundly glorious this visit to the Chesterfield Mayfair truly was. Thanks to everyone at the Chesterfield Mayfair.

We had a lovely time at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The personal touches were truly special and the staff was outstanding and warm. A special thanks to Jozsef who was so kind and helpful, as well as Francisco who made our nights at Sem's even better.

Our experience at the Chesterfield Mayfair was an excellent choice for our first stay in London, and will continue to be when we return. The front desk, doorman, restaurant, English Tea, bar and the room keepers, were all impressive and quality staff members. We couldn’t have asked for better. Our treatment there was incredible and a very memorable experience. the gift we received in our room for our anniversary was unexpected and was an excellent treat. We love the English Tea, Slovenia & Sakib, treated us every day like family. As did all the staff. we couldn’t thank the staff enough at the Chesterfield, Mayfair

I highly recommend this quaint hotel. The location is perfect, the room was great. What really stands out is the service. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The concierge staff did an amazing job securing reservations, theatre tickets and giving recommendations The front desk and bell staff are all friendly and eager to help. A special mention of Loris, Jake, Gregory, Joseph and Vitalli!

A very underwhelming experience! So disappointing! It appears very elegant but it most definitely is not. The online pictures and video do not truly represent what you will see when you arrive. Food in the restaurant and bar was always premade and not good. Lobby is dingy and small. Construction to the building is going but the website does not mention it. I was offered a drink on the house because of the construction but the bar list was very short and I was allergic to everything on it. No substitution was offered. Charging me extra for every single thing seemed to be what they were the most concerned about. Location is lovely but find somewhere else to go. So many nicer places to choose from.
