The Chesterfield Mayfair

We had a lovely time at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The personal touches were truly special and the staff was outstanding and warm. A special thanks to Jozsef who was so kind and helpful, as well as Francisco who made our nights at Sem's even better.

Our experience at the Chesterfield Mayfair was an excellent choice for our first stay in London, and will continue to be when we return. The front desk, doorman, restaurant, English Tea, bar and the room keepers, were all impressive and quality staff members. We couldn’t have asked for better. Our treatment there was incredible and a very memorable experience. the gift we received in our room for our anniversary was unexpected and was an excellent treat. We love the English Tea, Slovenia & Sakib, treated us every day like family. As did all the staff. we couldn’t thank the staff enough at the Chesterfield, Mayfair

I highly recommend this quaint hotel. The location is perfect, the room was great. What really stands out is the service. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The concierge staff did an amazing job securing reservations, theatre tickets and giving recommendations The front desk and bell staff are all friendly and eager to help. A special mention of Loris, Jake, Gregory, Joseph and Vitalli!

A very underwhelming experience! So disappointing! It appears very elegant but it most definitely is not. The online pictures and video do not truly represent what you will see when you arrive. Food in the restaurant and bar was always premade and not good. Lobby is dingy and small. Construction to the building is going but the website does not mention it. I was offered a drink on the house because of the construction but the bar list was very short and I was allergic to everything on it. No substitution was offered. Charging me extra for every single thing seemed to be what they were the most concerned about. Location is lovely but find somewhere else to go. So many nicer places to choose from.

What excellent service we received from Alejandro and Elias for our visit to the bar at Chesterfield Mayfair! From the time we walked into the hotel, we were seated at the bar with our table waiting, and from then we loved every second of kindness we received from the staff. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary evening at the hotel bar, and as soon as Alejandro heard that from us he went out of the way to demonstrate the Sabrage with our champagne choice. What an experience! And he is a great ‘sword sabrager’ Thereafter we stayed back for more drinks with a friend who joined and again the attention to ensure all our flutes were always full by Elias thought out the evening was excellent Thank you once again for the service and the love given to us.
