From the time that were picked up by Claridges driver we were taken care of with class. Our driver was totally helpful with our luggage. We had way too much as we will be away for about three weeks. We begin and end in Claridges. They stored some of our luggage so that we would not have to drag so much for Lyon and Paris. I had some wine delivered to Claridges for us till we returned. I heard the driver call reception updating on how long till we arrive. They were ready for us. Tayyab Din duty manager was brilliant from the time of my initial booking. That was last August. He could not do enough for us. The reception greeted us Royally. The concierge. Staff were so helpful. Alex was new since the last time that we stayed here. He made us ferl like he knew us for ever. Very warm and caring. Great friendly smile. Nigel and James and Miles and Chris remembered us from all the other times that we were here. Chris and Edward Christolph, Miles and Simon: They helped with restaurants suggestions, packaging my wines as luggage for my trip home. Every one of our needs were taken care of. I feel like I have forgotten other concierge people that took really good care of us. I am sorry! The house keeping do a really fine job and are on call for us. The location is perfect, centrally located to everything. You can walk to most places. If you plan ahead you may be able to get a ride in their own chauffer driven car. From about 3 pm to 7 pm. One way to a 2 mile radius. A real treat. We really feel that this is our home away from when we come to London. The Claridges florist does a phenomenal job. Alex, a very talented creative person. J J quietly working in the background. Julia was also doing beautiful work. They were very nice to both my wife and myself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLARIDGES.

We just came back from a one night stay, which was unforgettable. The room blew us away and truly exceeded our expectations. Every member of staff we met went out of their way to make our stay memorable. There were so many personal touches (some big, some small) which really did make us feel like valued guests. The service at breakfast is the best service I think I have ever had at a restaurant. Of course, the hotel itself is stunning as well. I truly don't have a bad word to say and will certainly be coming back again!

Absolutely incredible! The rooms were amazing. They were clean, organized, and the beds are very comfy! Everyone was super nice and helpful! The two restaurants downstairs were very good! This hotel was very family friendly! Extraordinary!!!

Party of 6 for a champagne afternoon tea. Beautiful salon, lovely music, which was uplifting, but not intrusive. Excellent choice of finger sandwiches, cakes, scones and teas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Delighted to see that the hotel is now happy to permit very well behaved dogs. Let’s hope many more venues in London will follow suit. We will certainly go back soon 😁

We have pretty much stayed in most 5 star hotels in London except this one…. It was a disappointment to be honest. Let me tell you why. We had a big expectation about Claridges bar and its cocktails. We expected art dec through and though. Well here is what I would do as the general manager. 1. Throw out those awful red leather and teak wood chairs in the bar. They are not easy on the eye and completely out of place. 2. Change the colour scheme to black and gold. 3. Get the lighting right, buy art deco themed lighting 4. Get rid of that awful dress shop music, let’s have some 1930’s stuff 5. bring on the candles I ordered a cocktail and it’s the worst version of it I have ever tasted. To the chief. Order “the last word” put in a flask then head of to The Pancras hotel, sir Gilbert Scott bar and compare their version. Loved the room, air con that went to 16.. The bathroom was vey small, larger people would find it hard to move around the WC to open and shut the door. The bath was small too. My main gripe is the bar which is why we paid £700 per night to stay. Let’s hope someone can put their hand the pocket and turn the bar into what the imagination thinks it should look like and if you need a true mixologist, go to La Fabrique in St Malo to employ the lovely girl who doesn't know the magic she makes with cocktails. I told her to expect a call from London. She does believe me but I know a cocktail specialist when I meet one.

My husband enjoyed three wonderful days at Claridge’s this past summer. What can you say about Excellence with a capital E! From start to finish the experience was marvelous.
