Reviews for The Connaught
Truly Wonderful Experience
The Connaught went above and beyond for the celebration of our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. On check-in, my parents received an incredibly generous and unexpected complimentary room upgrade (7-levels up to be precise) which saw them stay in a suite with butler service). There was also champagne and cake with balloons waiting in the suite. The welcome beyond this was superb and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Pre-dinner drinks in the Connaught Bar were superb with a wonderful atmosphere and attentive but unintrusive service. The main event of the evening was dinner at 3-star Helene Darroze which exceeded all expectations. Somehow finding room in our stomachs the following morning, we enjoyed a wonderful al carte breakfast before enjoying the rooms for just a little while longer before check out. The whole experience was wonderful and the Connaught truly made the celebration even more special. That level of service definitely adds the hotel to the must visit again list.

The service offered to us is absolutely impressive and impeccable. We have stayed at numerous 5+ star hotels and this is definitely considered one of my top 3. Everyone is so friendly and so quick to offer help. Our next trip to London I will not think twice about where to stay The Connaught is my absolute favorite.

A lovely family Christmas at The Connaught
What a hotel and what a team. Highly attentive yet unfussy service throughout. As good an example of five star as we've experienced. Efficient and positive experience, check-in and check-out. Excellent restaurants: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great concierge desk - efficiently making arrangements pre-trip and while we were there, and restaurant recommendations were exactly what we wanted. Beautiful rooms, traditional and modern. Extensive wine lists offering a good range of price options. A fantastic Christmas experience.

This hotel is one of the best in London, great bars & restaurants. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Beautiful surrounding and bedrooms are outstanding. Christmas decorations are beautiful and great atmosphere throughout my stay over two nights

"The Connaught was the best hotel experience, in years of travel, topping every world-wide luxury lodging in all respects. Given that we are 'road warriors' who travel the globe frequently, staying at the best hotels, this is a huge accolade. We never want to stay anywhere else! From the initial welcome, all the service from General Manager Anthony Lee's team was memorable. Our suite was the ultimate in luxury with a bed of perfection. The butler and staff were helpful, anticipating our every need. The Dining Room and Grill Room decors are fresh from a Nina Campbell makeover, with a new Gordon Ramsey protégé in charge, orchestrating the dining experience, which is all the rage of the London food scene. Every ingredient in every meal was special, from breakfast to tea and dinner, all including superb professional service. That this unique combination of comfort and style with such new-trend dining is available in such a historic environment is a testament to Mr. Lee. We are glad to know that this level of hotel experience still exists in today's world. We are eager to return and hopefully establish a corporate account at The Connaught for future business travel!"
