Great Scotland Yard Hotel London

Best bedding ever! Loved the bed, sheets pillows and hairdryer. Only negative was the lack of place to put luggage and clothing but I would definitely stay here again. Loved the location as well. We were upgraded to a larger room so I felt like I was prepared for a small room and instead it felt spacious except for the luggage on the floor

Great Scotland Yard Hotel. Beside it impressive Building, location, elegance. Most say that their staffing is incredibly polite, dedicated and professional. We had Luz as our drink server and her charming charisma and availability just made our breakfast more pleasant and joyful. We definitely coming back.

This was my second stay at this hotel and this time I brought my family with me. The hotel is just so beautiful and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. I sleep so well when I am here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and just makes the experience so much better. Great for families or friend trips. The toilets and heated toilet seats are also a plus. I am a Hyatt member and always appreciate the upgrades when they are available. Will definitely be returning for another trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean and had a warm, friendly atmosphere. The service was attentive, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient, close to Trafalgar Square, yet very quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and convenient! A bit pricey but worth it. Staff very helpful. Bar is fancy but good. Did not have a meal so can't judge food. Rooms well accommodating and very cool styling. No hot water in the shower but only there for less than 24 hours.
