One of London's most intimate boutique hotels, 41 welcomes with the refined atmosphere of a gentleman's club only steps from the Royal Parks and Pall Mall. Named Choice Hotel in Britain and Ireland by AA Inspectors, guests will delight in its chic black and white interiors, accommodations that contain cutting-edge appointments and services that include evening snacks and canapés, drinks, butler service and more. As Fodor's aptly put it in September 2005, "Everything you might need or want is included."

I have stayed at several 5* hotels in London but Hotel 41 is something special. Before I stayed, I was already excited and looking forward to this visit after receiving a pre-questionnaire to personalise my stay and receiving support with booking dinner at The English Grill. When you arrive, you are escorted to the executive lounge and offered a glass of champagne. Check in is completed while you relax in the lounge before you are shown to your room by a member of staff. The rooms are lovely, beautifully designed and include everything you need (the smallest of details are taken care of including make up removal wipes and dental kits). There was minimal noise - none from the street despite being located within 5 mins walk from Victoria station. I was impressed that multiple members of staff remembered and addressed me by name, even asking how my dinner was when I returned to the hotel. It felt like every member of staff was committed to providing exceptional service. When I returned to my room, I was surprised by even more small but thoughtful touches including a hot water bottle in the bed, classical radio on the TV and even a cable tidy Velcro for my phone charger! The cocktails and service in the Executive Lounge were delicious and there are a range of complimentary snacks available that change throughout the day including scones, a range of ice cream flavours and a selection of cheeses in the evening. Breakfast was… exceptional. The pistachio French toast was absolutely delicious. Check out was again a relaxed affair where I was encouraged to sit while the bill was prepared. I was able to leave a bag with the hotel for the day despite having checked out so I could enjoy London without any hassle. I have probably forgotten some of the details - things like being offered hot chocolate in the lobby when I arrived, or a taxi when I left - which is an impressive feat that so many wonderful things were squeezed in to just a one night stay. It is truly a special experience that I would highly recommend - especially if you are looking for a treat.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and loved everything about it. A special mention goes to Sanjana, our waitress, who provided exceptional service and made us feel truly special. Her warmth and attentiveness stood out. We highly recommend this hotel, and Sanjana is undoubtedly one of the best waitresses in London!

Amazing atmosphere, certainly will try to visit this wonderful place one more. Also, the personnel was very polite . At the same time, people and surrounding was truly something. Me and my wife enjoyed staying. Pillows were really comfortable, just wow!

You know you've found somewhere special when, back home, you look through your photos, not for landmarks or scenic views but for snapshots of the incredible Hospitality Staff you met along the way. That's precisely how we feel about Hotel 41—we are already reminiscing about the remarkable people who made our stay unforgettable. Even before our arrival, the Hotel 41 team anticipated our every need. Ali, the excellent guest services coordinator, took the time to listen to all of our concerns and requests. No question was too small, and no detail too insignificant—Ali truly set the stage for what turned out to be an extraordinary experience. Upon landing at the airport, our driver, arranged by Hotel 41, greeted us like we were celebrities. His warm smile and attention to detail made us feel as though we had arrived at our final destination, even before stepping into the hotel. But the magic didn't stop there. As we pulled up to the hotel, we were welcomed by Ruben's incredible doorman, whose warmth and enthusiasm immediately set the tone for the most luxurious stay we've ever experienced. In no time, we were whisked into the hotel—our luggage already on its way to our room as we were escorted to the Executive Lounge. We were greeted with gourmet snacks and luxury champagne when we entered. The contrast between the stuffy airplane and this serene, sophisticated space was striking. Despite the long flight, I felt instantly relaxed, already starting to feel at home in this stunning and welcoming environment—one we would know well over the next few days. Ruben, the Guest Experience Manager, was an absolute delight. It was clear from the start that he wasn't just interested in meeting our needs and ensuring our happiness. His attention to detail was impeccable—every recommendation he made, from local activities to dining experiences, was spot-on. I couldn't help but feel that the team at Hotel 41 had been carefully curated just for us. Everything was tailored, thoughtful, and done with incredibly personal care. We also had the pleasure of being looked after by Saif, who played a crucial role in making our time in the Executive Lounge exceptional. His attentiveness and impeccable service made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. And, of course, there was Gianni, our fantastic server at The English Grill, whose warmth and professionalism brought us back for a second night. His tableside preparation of Steak Diane and Crepes was a culinary performance, and the flavors… let's just say we were absolutely hooked. We will also never forget Gabriel, who prepared the tea service perfectly in the executive lounge. Every detail of our stay, from the impeccable service to the luxurious surroundings, was designed with one thing in mind: to make us feel genuinely cared for. My back hurt one morning, so we called their "special number," and my freeze pack was delivered on a silver tray. We ordered room service one rainy afternoon. We have never had room service like Hotel 41. We were 100% spoiled. My husband is 6'3 and had no issues with the showers and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel 41 doesn't just provide a place to stay; it creates an experience that stays with you long after you've left. It's not just about the lavish interiors or the exquisite dining—it's the genuine kindness, the flawless service, and the unspoken understanding of what guests genuinely want. Hotel 41 has set the bar so high that I can't imagine staying elsewhere when we're in London. We can't wait to return and try more Red Carnation destinations. Thank you, Ali, Pink, Ruben, Saif, Gianni, Gabriel, Callum, and everyone else who made our stay unforgettable. Until next time. Experience: We enjoy visiting places favored by locals, and the Bath House is definitely one of those spots. It's located just a block away from Hotel 41. We walked over, received a tour, and booked our package for the following day. It promises to be quite an adventure, offering a unique experience compared to what we find in the States. If you're traveling during peak times, make sure to book in advance online. As a side note, we found an incredible driver for both of us, whom we used for our entire stay in London. On our return trip to Heathrow, our driver dropped us off in the First Class area for Virgin Atlantic. Even though we were not flying First Class, the check-in was seamless and very quick. Please message if you would like his What's App #.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel 41. It was the 10th time we visited, and with the upgrade we received, it turned into an unforgettable experience. An absolutely beautiful room, and we felt completely at home once again. We will be back, that's for sure. :)

My bid for a five-day stay at the 41 Hotel in London was accepted. I'm writing to report that the hotel experience was extraordinary. The quality of the room (the bed, the bath, and a full panoply of amenities) was five-star. Even more important, the service was unqualifiedly exceptional — personal, attentive, efficient, friendly. I've been pleased with prior Luxury Link bookings but none has been the qualify of the 41 Hotel. It was truly a private residence with full service experience.

What an experience. Small and quaint where service is personal, efficient, and attentive. Never a want for anything. We arrived on my birthday and were treated like royalty the entire 5 day stay! We were greeted with champagne and a staff that was beyond exceptional. What a treat to return to our room after my b-day dinner to find a heart made of rose pedals on our bed and a room filled with red candles -- and a cake! The staff at 41 is exceptional -- they all went out of their way to make our stay so very special. Love this hotel and plan to return soon. Location is across from the Mews at Buckinham Palace. Descrete and wonderful!

Ever impulsive, we gambled on a "Buy it Now" for Hotel 41. And that gamble paid off (they don’t always - being "impulsive" is way over-rated). BUT - What a lovely place! What a terrific staff - every single one of them! This was truly our home for the week we spent in London. We'd start with breakfast in the lounge, back to the room for a rousing game of Wii volleyball (or basketball), walk all over London, back in time for appetizers and to catch up with the staff and other guests, then back out for a show and dinner or more sightseeing. The staff arranged everything for us: exchanging the complimentary champagne for a wonderful chardonnay when they noticed we declined the champagne, setting up the complimentary Wii in our room, theater tickets, high tea, dinners, tours. My favorite thing was getting back to the room at the end of the night: lights dimmed, candles lit, bottled water replenished on the night stands, classical music playing low in the background, and hot water bottles tucked underneath the beautifully turned down covers. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
