The best hotel
We had the most delightful stay at The Kensington Hotel for the weekend, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, particularly making sure that it was special for my partner’s birthday. The hotel is beautiful and has great facilities, the breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend and will be our go to hotel in London - looking forward to our next stay!

Exceptional stay, a big thanks to Harvey and rest of the staff!
Had an amazing stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly especially Harvey who looked out for us the entire stay and made our stay the best London experience ever. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. The hotel bar had delicious drinks and nice bartenders. Rooms were clean, nice and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Very plesant
Amazing! Harvey made the stay incredible, welcoming and always taking care of the guests. Nice bar and staff, the room var cosy and warm. The hotel is sentral and close by to fine dining and shopping. We had a lovely stay here at The Kansington hotel.

50th Wedding Anniversary
When we arrived at reception they already knew the occasion we were celebrating and upgraded us to a studio suite which was amazing!. From the very start we were treated as if celebs or royalty by each and every member of Thomas and his staff. We were constantly being surprised by their efforts to ensure that our 2 days super special. From bouquets of flowers, champagne in our room and on our final anniversary night, they had adorned the bed with towels shaped like two swans covered in red roses with petals on the bedding and pillows - completely blew us away!. WOW!!

We had the most beautiful stay at your hotel. Everything was perfect: all our meals and afternoon teas, the organisation of the transport, our beautiful room, really warm and friendly staff, and the most amazing location of the hotel! And a special thank you to your amazing EMILIANO for taking such great care of us! We will definitely be staying there next time we visit London!
