With the flair of a private European club and the charm of an Old World mansion, The Kensington Hotel is a classic but contemporary luxury hotel in one of London's most exclusive neighborhoods. This exclusive retreat rests gracefully among London's most respected museums and enticing shopping venues, all an easy walking distance for hotel guests. Visit the Natural History Museum in the morning, and spend a lavish afternoon at Harrods - all with plenty of time to be back in your room for a relaxing soak in a marvelously Victorian-designed bath. Your senses will be delighted by rich textures, details and forms on the fabrics, as well as authentic period furniture. Guest rooms also feature bay windows, fireplaces, wood floors and original artwork.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kensington — it was one of the true highlights of our time in London. The location is perfect: close to the metro for easy access around the city, yet tucked away in the beautiful, quiet Kensington neighborhood that feels safe and relaxed, away from the hustle of central London. The service at the hotel was impeccable from start to finish. A special shout-out to Daniella, who went above and beyond to take care of our family each morning at breakfast. She even remembered our daughter’s name and her favorite juice after just the first day — such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made us feel at home. The rooms were quiet, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, offering peaceful nights of sleep after long days of exploring. The entire hotel has a swanky, polished feel and is clearly well maintained. Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about the staff and service — warm, professional, and attentive in every way. We’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a stylish and welcoming place to stay in London.

Just returned from a fantastic Easter weekend in London with my family - two adults and two teenagers. It was our first time staying at the Kensington Hotel at Queen's Gate - it instantly has become our "go-to" hotel and number 1 recommendation for anyone staying in London. It is a full on luxury experience in terms of the rooms, the decor, the food and the service - at the same time, the staff were incredibly friendly and so kind to my family and I. The service was outstanding - the best I have experienced and a special recognition for Thomas in Guest Relations - he engaged us professionally before we arrived, at check-in and was available to us throughout the weekend for any support. The rooms and facilities were outstanding and the luxury Easter treats left in our room were such a memorable touch!! Thank you all for making our weekend so special - look forward to seeing you later in the year !!

This was one of the most enjoyable hotels we have stayed at. The staff made us feel like we were visiting at a family home. The breakfast, which is included with your stay, was just delicious and had so many items to select from. The first floor provided seating that you could eat at or just read a book or have a drink. Just lovely. The beds were very comfortable. Not huge rooms but because of the living space on the first floor it was not an issue. The staff certainly made the difference in our stay though. I could not recommend this hotel enough. And the location is fabulous!

Stayed for 2 nights over Easter weekend. Our 5th floor suite was comfortable with lovely finishing touches. We visited the K Bar once during our stay, service was excellent with high quality drinks. Breakfast in the townhouse both mornings was fresh, with lots of choice and great service. All staff were encountered were friendly and efficient. Looking forward to returning in the near future
