The Langham, London

The Langham London is an amazing hotel , with a wonderful staff. The service was fantastic and we can't wait to go back.

Beautiful experience celebrating my husband's milestone birthday. We enjoyed every moment and thanks to the staff this is like a home away from home. You are welcomed like family. Thanks Lina, Olia, Luis, Benny to name a few amazing staff members. Looking forward to a return visit!

I booked the Langham via a travel agency that has access to Virtuoso programme. I could get benefits like early check in, late check out, free daily breakfast, room upgrade to next category, and $100 dining credit (£84.5). Overall staying experience was excellent. Staff members were saying hello to every guests. Dining experiences were great. I could feel fresh and good quality of ingredients. Staff members were attentive, polite, and took care of customers thoroughly. I have taken part in a history tour of the Langham hosted by Zabrina. She illustrated history of the property and interesting trivias. I have had a wonderful walkthrough trip at the Langham. Activities differenciate the Langham in a competitive luxury hotel scene in London.

At the end of our trip to the UK we completed it at the Langham London. We had stopped in its sister hotel in Sydney in February so we thought we would give this a try. It's much bigger than Sydney, it's absolutely a five star establishment. It has a more formal feel than Sydney. We booked though AMEX travel and as usual it did not disappoint from initial check in to check out every thing was first rate. The room was very well appointed and comfortable with a great bathroom and plenty of hanging space.

Gorgeous property with the absolute NICEST STAFF i have ever encountered. from the doormen, to reception, the beautiful bar, EVERYONE always had a smile and couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasant. Bed linens were heavenly. Included breakfast buffet was a 4… same unmemorable cheese, same everything everyday, although the a la cart menu was lovely. i gave the hotel 4 stars because The deluxe room was a bit small and i was not really happy that a big chunk of our room was seemingly cut off to accommodate a storage closet of some sort ( room 632) and in addition a ridiculous amount of square footage was apparantly made up for by a huge useless foyer in the room. We booked through AMEX FHR and i expected a bit better. Bed was a bit soft but that’s probably personal taste. Location was convenient and also relatively quiet! I would return.
