Beautifully designed new hotel. The rooms are spacious, state-of-the-art tech and well done. Service is excellent (Martin and Gay in particular), the house car a wonderful amenity and Brooklands roof bar a nice way to wrap up with an evening cocktail. Solid city hotel gym and indoor pool, well located - an excellent stay!

Gorgeous facility and luxurious in every way. Staff continually greeting and watching after their guests. Our room was large and kept immaculately clean. The pool and spa were spectacular along with their services. Food service and restaurants were all top rate! Easy to get taxis to go everywhere in London. In particular the top doorman ANGEL made our experience even better. He looked after all of our comings and goings with great care!

A stunningly beautiful property in the heart of one of London’s best areas. If you can afford the splurge, you will not be disappointed. From check-in to check-out, we were highly impressed by the staff, the amenities and the location’s value proposition. Rooms are technologically advanced and well-appointed, and food offerings were top tier. Absolutely loved the house cars (and the staff operating them were incredibly knowledgeable). Make sure to check out the Brooklands Bar and enjoy a fantastic cocktail while taking in views of the skyline. Overall, highly recommend and I cannot wait to come back!

The Peninsula London exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect. It is steps away from Buckingham Palace and an easy walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops. However, the perfect location comes a distant second to the unparalleled customer service we received from the Peninsula’s wonderfully-attentive staff. Concierge, Gavin, and hotel manager, Scott, went out of their way to help curate our adventures each day and found a way to add a special bit of magic to our stay at every turn. Gavin’s recommendations for dining and shopping were always spot-on. Our 4 year-old son’s favorite part was when Scott arranged to have the Peninsula Bear stop by at breakfast for a photo-op and hug! 🐻 Drivers, Bob and Gurpreet, ensured our family arrived at our destinations each day in style. The highlight of which was a ride around Piccadilly Circus in a 1936 Rolls Royce Phantom! Belis helped start our days off at the right foot each morning at Breakfast and anticipated our every need. Anastasia at Canton Blue helped make a date night with my husband extra special with her excellent drink recommendations and witty repartee. As far as our family is concerned, the crown jewel of the Peninsula staff was Sukaina. She’d tell you she was just “doing her job” but to our family the special touches she sprinkled throughout our weeklong stay made all the difference to us. Her smiling face greeted us each morning as we embarked on the day’s adventure and welcomed us back each afternoon. We cannot thank her enough for all she did to help make our stay so memorable. As our London holiday came to an end, our family was very grateful to be leaving this beautiful city with a few more friends than we had when we arrived. Thank you to the entire Peninsula staff. We are counting the days until we can come back.

First time London and Peninsula made my entire trip to another level. Amazing property with great hospitality. Thank you Martin from the front office for the warm welcome. Property implemented the most advanced technology by Peninsula brings the whole experience to next level, the room was amazing with extremely comfortable vibe which is my fav! Full of details and everything is just on point, fnb starts from the elevator to Brooklands, something words cannot describe but an experience. One of best property in the world and gotta be there!
