Located on the River Thames near Covent Garden, in the heart of the city's exciting theatre district, you will find The Savoy. With its central London location this hotel offers an amazing blend of restored Art Deco and Edwardian style. Featuring either English Edwardian or Art Deco designs, each room is as comfortable as it is elegant. Silk wall coverings, marble floors, and plush Italian linens are perfectly-lit by glass chandeliers from Murano, while large picture windows offer sweeping city and river views. Refresh yourself with an invigorating rain shower, or recline in your comfortable living space, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of the hotel. At The Savoy you will enjoy the storied history and dynamic scenes of the city, with all the comforts and features of modern city living.

We have just returned home from a one night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was perfect in every way. The service , the food , the breakfast (best breakfast I’ve had since staying at the Four Seasons) and the room was wonderful, a newly refurbished room - everything about it was perfect . The bed was so comfy. You can tell everyone working at the establishment enjoys their job . It was a brilliant stay.

I went with my partner for a one night stay, we had an amazing time! The Concierge Team had arranged a personalised note with a picture for my recent accomplishment in the room, it was incredible to find that and made the stay even more special! Thank you to Rahim the Head Concierge, Darren and Mahin who have been amazing throughout the whole stay! At the gallery our waiter Leo was excellent too! On check in Abigail kindly showed us around and took us to the room, giving us all the information needed. Thank you all for looking after us and for the amazing stay!

I’m not sure I’m even qualified to pass judgement on the Savoy Hotel. There are hardly enough superlatives. It is an outstanding British institution, steeped in history and is heralded as Britain at its best. It is the hotel of London and not bettered anywhere in the world. Beautifully appointed bedrooms, the famous Savoy Grill with outstanding cooking and the wonderfully atmospheric American Bar. All the staff are quite superb and, once again, Head Doorman Tony was the star of the show, knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful and incredibly helpful. There is no better place to stay in London. Outstanding in every way

Fantastic stay at this London landmark. Staff are all amazing. From my first contact with the lovely Abigail on the front desk to every other member of staff encountered. First class service, amazing room, super breakfast options. And of course a great location. Such a privilege to stay here.

Once again you guys have totally outdone yourselves in terms of the best, most perfect and attentive hospitality possible! This was our third time staying at The Savoy but I’ve now lost count of how many times we’ve been back for the odd cocktail (or 4!), breakfast or brief visit when we’re in London. Our love affair with the Savoy started about 4 years ago…I came for my birthday as I had a bucket list to try a different 5* London hotel every year; we did The Ritz first and didn’t have a very pleasant experience so tried the Savoy next…and haven’t gone anywhere else in London since! Every time we come to London now, at least once a year, we have to come and at least have a cocktail in the American Bar if we aren’t staying over night. We have been to some of the other hotels for lunch etc but would never even bother staying because you guys at the Savoy have nailed it and you’ve got us hooked! I know that’s the aim you’re trying to achieve and you most certainly have achieved that. From booking to checking out everything is flawless. I particularly enjoyed receiving emails from you last week ahead of the booking asking a few questions, did we need anything and what opera we were seeing during our stay (I hadn’t even remembered mentioning that so the fact that you remember things like that is amazing!) and the messages really perked me up as I was running on empty at my very demanding job and looking forward to coming to stay with you guys and being pampered was keeping me going as it’s like going to your very attentive family members house; you just know they’ll look after you and you have nothing to worry about! Check in was warm and friendly as always and we were given one of the newly refurbished rooms (204) and the little touches in the room were wonderful. We had chocolates, notes from the team and even a little postcard of the opera we were seeing with two cute little theatre pin badges!! This is why we love it, those little touches really mean a lot! The doormen are so friendly too and make time to talk to you…this is something else that trumps the other hotels as some of them you’re lucky if they even bother to open the door for you! We came back to our room after the opera to a beautifully tidied up space, not that we’d made a mess but all our toiletries were lined up and organised! Cocktails in the American bar before bedtime (a must!) were delicious and we were sitting at the bar chatting away to the barman as friendly and welcoming as always. He even made me a specific cocktail that I’d had on holiday last year and it was delicious. Breakfast the next morning (slightly hungover!) in the beautifully renovated area (the gallery I think it’s called?) was delicious and perfect service once again. The lady on the door (in the red dress, so sorry I didn’t get your name) even suggested a walk along the Thames which we wouldn’t have known about if she hadn’t told us was a great tip so thank you! So much more to comment on but I’ll try to start wrapping this review up…! Finally, the new scone shop ‘Scoff’ …OMG try the tiramisu one, absolutely delicious! And I also spent quite a bit of time having a lovely natter with Robyn the florist! Thank you for spending so much time chatting, it was good to hear all about your floristry and bits about the hotel too especially when it came to the flowers…as a huge gardener this was fascinating! Love my new water bottle that I bought! Lovely little gift shop, great idea! I have to add too (sorry I know I already said finally!) that I was in London on my own last month and in amongst another conversation on email about my next booking, I asked if I could leave my shopping bags there whilst going to the theatre - once again you more than obliged and that really helped me out! I did come back for a cheeky cocktail afterwards when collecting my bags but service for customers even when they’re not staying there is priceless. Both my husband and I feel very lucky to have experienced even one stay at the Savoy but to feel like we just want to keep coming back again and again really is very special…and more so that we’re coming back next Feb for three nights for my big and scary birthday celebration as I keep telling my friends that ‘I’ll be hiding at the savoy’ if anyone needs me, pretending I’m not 40! There’s no where else I’d rather spend it…and I am hoping a few of them will join me with the experience. Thank you all once again for another incredible stay. I’ll stop gushing now! Stay fabulous you guys, the memories you have given us are very special to us…one of our ultimate happy places. ❤️
