Had an amazing couple of nights in this fabulous hotel. So luxurious and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. This stay was a treat for our 30th wedding anniversary and there were a lot of little unexpected touches and attention to detail which made this extra special. Great views from the room and the Gong Bar where we enjoyed cocktails. Buffet breakfast was the best!! Would definitely recommend this for a special stay!

Best place in town superb views superb bed room facility’s superb swimming pool sauna and a T bone steak in the Oblix at the end of the day brilliant best steak ever . Curtsey car to selfridges in morning after a breakfast fit for a king eggs Benedict , then ,a days shopping , back to hotel concierge gets your bags , then up and away perfect , what a shopping trip

Great views and great food. Anbu our server was great. Service was brilliant! He was friendly, helpful and took loads of photos! The dessert buffet was wonderful too. Lots of fresh food with servers that were very informative. Would love to come back soon.

Exceeded all of our expectations!! One tip; when booking into the pool ensure you do not book a 'child friendly' time if you are looking to enjoy a quiet swim with a view. Would also highly recommend pre-booking for the Bar on the top floor (52nd floor) - when we arrived the only available slot was 11pm, which didn't suit us. The concierge team will happily store your luggage in good time before check-in (we took ours at 11am so we could explore the city) and will deliver to your room upon check-in. Overall, however, the experience was worth the elevated prices compared to 'lesser' hotels, and would highly recommend booking!

My family and I stayed at the hotel between December 7 and December 8, 2024. Whilst the stay at the hotel was fine, we were extremely disappointed to find our brand new vehicle was damaged under the valets care. Note, the valet did not highlight any damage to our vehicle at any point (ticket attached). If damage was evident at any time, arrivals or departures, the valet team would have picked this up. When the issue was initially highlighted, the manager Eva (Guest Experience Manager) was adamant she would investigate the matter. We had to chase numerous times, by phone and live chat, and eventually got a call and email back. It was suggested the security team conducted a "meticulous investigation, including a detailed examination of CCTV footage covering the entire duration of my vehicle’s presence." Eva suggested "faint white markings," and Sergio (Director Front Office) described, "scratches" could "potentially" be viewed on the CCTV when we first arrived at the hotel. I mentioned this was not the case as there are no white scratches on the car even after the damage. The damage caused was is in-fact dents by what I assume can only be caused by contact (images attached for reference). This clearly contradicts the supposed "meticulous investigation, including a detailed examination." I asked for a factual response from Sergio and Eva about whether my vehicle was damaged on key dates and times. Both did not comment and reverted back to the original email which does not provide factual statements. Instead, it utilises words such as "discernible" and "potential," which are actually perception. I'm uncertain why perception and opinions are being used when there is factual high-definition CCTV (in line with ICO requirements) available; the car passed and stopped directly in front of the CCTV cameras. As a minimum, the managers should have factually confirmed if the car was damaged or not - this they could not do apparently. Despite providing the aftermath images which clearly show no white scratches on the car whatsoever, both managers suggested they concluded the investigation. Interestingly, I spoke to the security team myself, they confirmed they only partially reviewed the CCTV footage. The security team suggested there was no visible damage on arrive and in fact the damage can be seen when we returned back to the hotel at a later date. This contradicts the managers story. For the reasons outlined above I am certain my vehicle has been damaged whilst in Shangri La's valet possession. The vehicle passed directly below and stops in front of CCTV cameras yet the story and timeline from the managers is contradictory. They were unable to provide factual truths. The valet parking ticket clearly outlines no damage either. Sergio and Eva are no longer replying to emails - this is really poor service considering the circumstances. It's really unfortunate that Shangri La, London thus far are unable to provide a solution; despite not providing/ relying on any factual evidence. Unfortunately, I've had to log the matter with the Police and will have no other option other than to take the matter to Court.
