Excellent location for us as we were able to get the London Underground directly from Heathrow airport to Russell Square which is next door to the hotel. Room was lovely and quirky with a step up into the bathroom. Generous size room by London standards. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room and air conditioning. Staff were excellent in every department. We will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff kindly upgraded my accommodations, which made my experience even more special. Every detail was thoughtfully considered throughout my stay. Special thanks to Lottie, whose exceptional assistance and warm personality made all the difference. I would absolutely return again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service and genuine hospitality.

Fabulous space, really cool design. Love that they maintained the history of the building. And the staff was so helpful! They provided advice on travel and made out stay there so comfortable. I hope I have the opportunity to visit again soon!

I recommend this hotel. It is very well located near Russel Square tube station. It’s a beautiful hotel (both the exterior and the interior of the hotel). The foyer is beautiful. Our room was nice and very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Five stars!

The hotel is in q very nice building but the service is below average and what you can expect for what you pay. The room is ultra tiny and got a step to enter in the bathroom which is even smaller with not even the space to seat in the wc with the toilet paper holder blocking your leg. My room was i a first floor facing a wall from the window, what could be call “internal” The hotel got a very nice restaurant but breakfast is not for guest at that place (but it is open for public?) and they offer it is offer in a smaller place with a very basic service plus you got a la carte options but you have to pay an extra to order them (first time I saw that) I was so poor that even I pay for it, I didn’t take it 2 of the nights I stayed. Avoid if more than 1 person is staying in the room From there, not even one detail with the traveller, no service, no nothing. definitely not a luxury hotel at all.
