Outstanding Hotel, great location, excellent food and service. Guest rooms are well appointed, and the bed was super comfy. Hotel is beautiful and the architecture, design and furnishings are beautiful. Staff are super friendly and authentic. I will be back!

I was charged for a late checkout and two facials that I tried desperately to cancel even after an emergency. I had stayed before a year ago and had a great experience but this time was very bad and disappointing. I would not recommend the omni downtown louisville after this last experience.

Our visit to the Omni Louisville Hotel Lobby Bar was fantastic. The bar has an old bowling alley, which we were told is not used very often. The atmosphere was great. The service was great. The drinks were great. The food was great. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at the Omni Louisville. The staff is wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent. We had a gorgeous shower and bathroom, which I absolutely loved. We had a nice view. The minibar was well-stocked, though we did not partake. I would appreciate a few more wall hooks, but that's my general pet peeve at most hotels. The location is great—very convenient and walkable. Plus, you can't beat being attached to Falls City Market. There are restaurants, stores, and bars in the hotel, along with the market, which is really helpful. The lobby bar has great drinks and is very relaxing. We ordered breakfast via room service and enjoyed our pancakes, chicken and waffles, and coffee. However, the walls are thin and other visitors lacked proper home training, so that somewhat impacted our stay. Also, the climate control system is loud and did not work properly, as I could not get comfortable and the room was humid. I'm guessing this hotel is very old, due to the poor climate control, and worn chairs and fraying carpeting in the room. The room is great but the furniture and accessories need updating, along with the HVAC. While Louisville is remiss in truly upscale lodging options, we overall enjoyed the stay and would absolutely stay at the Omni again.
