Exceptional Experience! We will be back!
My husband and I visited Madrid in early March, our stay at Unico was exceptional. The location is perfect, close to Retiro and right in the heart of Salamanca with trendy shops, restaurants, mercados and metro access. The staff, including Imane, Daniel, and Felix were attentive, genuine and took care of all of our needs. They provided prompt in room service, gave us great recommendations in the area and were a pleasure to see each day. Imane made our check in and check out process smooth and efficient. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and have everything you need and more. Espresso, snacks, umbrellas, etc. The hotel is gorgeous with a trendy new restaurant. 100% will be coming back to Unico and would highly recommend.

El mejor servicio al cliente que he encontrado en mi amplia experiencia.
Hemos ido en familia en dos ocasiones. La primera quedamos encantadas por el exquisito trato , además de por lo bonito y tranquilo que es el hotel. La segunda vez volvimos y de nuevo el servicio es excepcional: al pedir cualquier cosa para la habitación tardan literalmente segundos en traer lo pedido. Además, me dejé unos auriculares en la habitación y al llamar para pedir que me los enviasen por correo a otra provincia, tardaron menos de una hora en gestionarlo , recibiéndolos al día siguiente. Viajo mucho y visito una media de 20 hoteles diferentes en distintos países , cada año. Realmente este es el hotel con el mejor servicio al cliente que he encontrado nunca. Enhorabuena!

Muy buena atención Carolina de front desk servicial y buena consejera , los chicos de recibimiento también. No dejar de comer en el Restaurante Claudio del hotel abrió hace 1 semana , su chef es Mario , buenísimo y muyyy preparado , muy sabrosa la comida !!!

Estaba en reformas y nos enteramos al llegar. El desayuno estaba provisionalmente en otro lugar y el restaurante no estaba disponible. Esa información debería estar al hacer la reserva en la web. Además, el acceso al hotel tiene una escalera, así que si tienes algún problema de movilidad o vas cargado es bastante incómodo. La calle es un poco ruidosa y eso se nota al querer descansar. Por lo demás, simplemente correcto para el precio que vale (teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un Hotel de Lujo...).

Location, location, location
Fabulous location! Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. small hotel, everything made easy and pleasant. We ll be back for sure! quiet room. nice sheets. cozy seating room and bar. will be back for sure. did not have time to try the SPA, but there is one and looks inviting from the photos. interiors quite tasteful. There are many restaurant options around, as well as the best shops. will be back for sure.
