InterContinental Madrid

It's always a pleasure coming back to this amazing hotel. The amazing service and the perfect team nenberes who are always there to help and make your stay as perfect as possible. This time we had the pleasure of meeting the club lounge staff - the amazing Deyanira Rojas and the chef Juan Manuel who really did everything they can to accommodate our preferences and make our stay the best possible. Thank you so much much Sussana and the team for making us feel at home!

Stayed here on our visit in Madrid this time! Location is perfect and the staff are awesome. Deyanira R. incredible and genuinely nice! When my husband mentioned he feels sick from the long-overnight travel, she immediately offered to make some ginger tea! Whenever we come for breakfast, she ensures we have a wonderful experience. We love Madrid, and we will be staying in this hotel again!

Great hotel with with xcellent location Room vety nice and comfortable withe bed sheets and ameneties top notch Staff in all parts excellent Especially Ms susan from guest relation and Ms.DEYANIRA ROJA from the lounge were exceptional in the service they gave. Gym was very good with right equipment. Area good for running outside. Plenty of buaes and two metro stations. Tks to all

InterContinental Madrid is a great spot that is well-located near the train in a safe and convenient area. The property itself is beautiful, with elegant common areas and lovely outdoor space to relax in! Our room felt a bit dated but was VERY clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast team, who really stood out with their warm service. The breakfast spread was fantastic - great variety and quality. One downside was the pre-arrival experience. We paid upfront in August 2024 but were mistakenly charged again in January 2025. While the double charge was eventually corrected, we were hit with a conversion fee that didn’t seem fair. If you have Club Lounge yearly access, keep in mind that guests are only allowed in after 12 p.m., which is a bit different from other InterCon properties globally. Overall, it’s a beautiful and well-run hotel, but a few service inconsistencies to be aware of.

This was our fifth stay at the Intercontinental Madrid. All of our stays have been very good and this time was no different. We appreciated Suzanne who has checked us in nearly every time. She most pleasant and helpful. We utilise the Club Lounge and were so impressed with Deyanira who remembered every detail about us and was unbelievably attentive. We always use the airport pick up and transfer services, they too were excellent. The porters are most kind and assisted with our luggage. The chambermaids did a fantastic job each morning. We appreciated that once they knew we preferred our room to be serviced early they were there first thing. Very nice and helped us with business matters. Thank you very much Madrid team, we had a most enjoyable stay.
