The hotel was wonderful. The room was great. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very close to everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will stay there again. Thank you to the staff. They were professional, friendly, and helpful.

What a wonderful hotel. Small enough to feel personal yet they had everything needed. The staff was awesome. Great location and loaded with history. While we only had breakfast at the hotel it was also great with lots of choices. We highly recommend this property!

Incredible hotel!
This place was amazing. 5-stars in all areas. Extremely attentive, helpful pleasant staff, beautiful and clean rooms, wonderful food. Greeted us with champagne and water on arrival. Bed was comfy. Wish we had stayed there for our night on the back end of our trip too.

A fabulous place to stay in Madrid.
We were on a three week adventure and our four night stay at this hotel was like an oasis stop. The staff was exceptionally helpful, the hotel has many pleasant sitting and meet-up locations and the food was delicious (and a well stocked bar to boot). On top of that, the location was perfect for walking to all the sites in Madrid. We wished to stay longer.

Great Hotel near the Palace
Stayed two nights and really enjoyed my stay. Jose Gutierrez at the Red Level lounge made my check-in process so enjoyable. He gave a great explanation of the hotel and the surrounding area. My room was large and well outfitted. Despite being on the first floor I never heard any street noise. The linens were new and the shower water pressure was fantastic. My towel rack was broken but otherwise everything else was in excellent condition.
