Exceptional Stay
We had an exceptional stay even though the weather was super cold and raining nonstop. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is beyond! Because of the bad weather we spent a lot of time in the hotel. The spa (jacuzzi, steam rooms) are a must; the breakfast was fantastic and the concierge service was very good. The bar area and restaurants are very happening and good. The hotel is walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. We were celebrating a birthday and the hotel staff made it special.

Pleasant experience
The hotel is a resemblance of luxury that we don’t often see in Europe. Check in process was so quick as they promised. I had pre-Check in online and upon my arrival it was only handing the room key to me. Room was in excellent condition (furniture, bed, bath room). Food was also exquisite.

Great location for walking to the local attractions. But, the staff member really made our stay memorable!
Great location just be sure to bring comfortable shoes. We walked a lot. Back to the hotel. We befriended two of the bar tenders that worked at the Tarde.o classic bar. This was special. They went out of their way to make our short trip very special. The room was very comfortable. Loved the firm mattress. The Gym has a pretty darn good setup of free weights. I prefer free weights to machines. The concierge staff assisted us with each day. The Rosewood breakfast is big enough to share with your spouse or friend. I would suggest ordering only one. We were in a corner room on the third floor. Sound proofing wasn't that bad. There we're a lot of children (holidays) so just be careful you don't run into one:)

Amazing hotel from staff to room cleaners to vibes to food this is my second time here in this hotel and let assure you you will never change to another hotel when you will experience this is by far the best hotel in Madrid and the Christmas vibes was just amazing I would like to also mention Farah an amazing helpful staff at the hotel

Exquisite
Nicely located in a residential area with embassies and a department store nearby. Cute small spa with jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Excellent breakfast with a nicer vibe on the weekends and served by excellent staff. Actually the human touch in this place is very kind. The rooms are comfortable and very well appointed. The attention to the detail is widely visible throughout the hotel.
