InterContinental Marseille - Hotel Dieu

A really wonderful stay. Special mentions to the concierge team the gent behind the bar! Three wonderful nights sleep. Definitely recommend the SPA one of the best massages ever. Room service quick and tasty. Having breakfast in bed was such a treat. Room really good size and the bath of dreams. Can’t wait to go back.

Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, stylish and well designed and unlike in so many hotels the lighting was good and there was plenty of room to put things. Everything one could possibly want was provided. As others have said the view of the port and cathedral from the balcony was stunning. The hotel is a real landmark with an interesting history. It’s very well situated slightly above the old port which is just a couple of minutes walk away. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we were made to feel most welcome. Good breakfast choice. We highly recommend this hotel.

Très belle hôtel mérite 5etoiles .la suite est rés belle mais… la climatisation gros problème ce qui a gâché notre séjour.Room service exellent et très professionnel.Au petit déjeuner soucis de coordination beaucoup de chefs en cravate qui donnent les ordres mais à part ça ne font rien trop d’embouteillages ……dommage

We are part of IHG ambassador scheme and were happy with the room and room service standard at this hotel. There was a delightful welcome gift (a little cloth sachet of Provencal herbs with a wonderful fragrance), these touches help make for a 5 star experience. We are vegetarians and to be on the safe side in France we sometimes have to make our own food by buying groceries in local stores. It is lovely when you don't have to worry about food though. Room service at this hotel catered fairly well for vegetarians, if you eat eggs. We highly recommend the French omelette breakfast, it is beautifully presented. The only negative was our experience one afternoon at the outdoor restaurant. There was a waitress who repeatedly brought one member of our party the wrong things and kept saying that whatever she ordered was unavailable. Despite that disappointing episode, the room helped make up for it. Tgere were such stunning views (see photos) and a lovely, comfortable bed. Overall we would very happily return. In the South of France we stayed in many different locations, and afterwards we felt this hotel in Marseille was probably the best in the region.

Très belle expérience d'une nuit dans ce bel hôtel où tout est fait pour ce sentir bien ! Pour nous, c'est un sans faute ! le restaurant est délicieux également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente ! Bonne continuation et merci aux équipes !
