Beautiful, couldn’t find fault with anything. Clean , comfy beds , lovely view, great area, already planning the next visit . Staff polite and attentive. Only ate at the food court once , but there seemed to be plenty of variety and everything looked fresh.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! We stayed in the Premium King and had a interconnecting room. Room # 2317 by memory... WOW what a view!! Such an amazing night's sleep in the most comfortable bed ever!! Will def be back. Carpets need an upgrade, but rest of room was nice. The buffet in the "conservatory" AMAZING, best we have ever had... Love the chocolate fountain.

The location is great. The hotel in general is nice and offers a great verity of food options. The service is relatively ok and the staff in general is nice. Having said that I didn't feel any personal touch whatsoever. The only time I felt that the staff made an effort was at breakfast the last day when the kind waitress told me she recalled that I drank latte the day before and if I wanted the same this morning. I booked a studio the room in general is nice with an amazing view over the river, but it needs general maintenance, there is some sort of wallpaper that needs to be fixed properly specially when it connects to the wall under neath. Over all the stay was good but there is for sure room for improvement. My cousin though was staying in one of their extrusive suites which was in a high floor and had it's separate entrance, the room looked so much better maintained than the studio I was staying at. The hotel has a lot to offer but if they make things a bit more personal it would be so much better,

This is the 2nd time we have visited crown. The first time in May 2024 for my husband birthday the experience was amazing Everyone and everything. This time went to the Crystal Club as part of the room we purchased for our anniversary. We were not called by name, no acknowledgment at all. Room not made only curtains draw. No turn down in the evening. Apparently without my permission my crown card was closed which no one had told me in the Crystal club when I checked in on the 29th Sept I only found out because I wanted my points to be put on from the 2 restaurants I went to. Nobu & Bistro Guilherme I then went to the service desk at crown casino to see if they could help and the blonde women was rude, who did not want to assist So tried ringing 25 minutes left on the phone no one called back Tried again today 2nd October apparently manager in a “ meeting “ The standards of a 5 star hotel has dropped so dramatically in 4 months is astounding Will be thinking very hard if I want to waste my hard earned money to come back again. The pool was disgusting with kids running all over the place. The so called spa in the pool was such a pathetic waste of space, and so cold that the pool was warmer than the spa. Why is there no kids free time? Why do you think it’s acceptable to charge $150 for a cabana

We have stayed at Crown Towers for many years. It used to be fantastic. Over the past year the cost cutting has become desperate and pathetic. Every stay it gets worse. It’s no longer 5 star. They no longer offer turn down service. Furniture it warn, stained and dirty. The layers of dust in the rooms is disgusting. There was rubbish out side the lift on our floor for 3 days and no one cleaned it up. Valet parking is so short staffed all the parks were full with no where to park. We had the dangerously load our kids into the car in the middle of the drive way while staff rushed us as traffic was lined up out the road. They had shortened pools hours by 6 hours, it’s now only open 9-7 with no child free time but they have started charging $150/hr for day bed at the pool. They no longer supply many toiletries. You used to get multiple shampoos, conditioners, a hair brush, a shaving kit and enough toothbrushes for all guests. Every visit the less and less is offered. This trip we got 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, 1 shower gel, 2 toothbrushes and 2 towels for 5 people for 3 days. When speaking to staff over the last few stays they have all said that Crown has laid off a lot of staff and are trying to cut as many costs as possible and this is extremely obvious with the level of service given
