The staff went above and beyond to make the season even more special, offering personalized touches and ensuring every guest felt like part of the holiday magic. My room was a cozy retreat, complete with plush bedding and a festive ambiance that made it feel like a true winter wonderland. The Christmas-themed dining experiences were a delight, with delicious seasonal dishes and a welcoming atmosphere perfect for celebrating with loved ones. The Langham truly made my Christmas stay unforgettable, combining luxury with holiday cheer in the most perfect way. A special mention must go to Mr. Lucas, the hotel manager, whose kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. The housekeeping team also deserves high praise for their impeccable service. My room was always spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra cozy and festive. The attention to detail from both the housekeeping staff and the entire team was remarkable, ensuring I had everything I needed for a truly comfortable stay. The Langham Hotel is truly one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at.

Build next next very noisy with no disclaimer in advance when booking room type, 7am wake up, expressed my disappointment and I was told they finish up this week, only as the building trade stops for Xmas break

Perfect treat weekend
Excellent location, great view, comfortable room and the hotel is beautiful. The only tiny down points were we went as a family of three and the pillows and towels in the room were for 2 people but easily fixed.
