We had 2 weeks at the W hotel and there were many positives: the breakfast and pool staff were very friendly, housekeeping was excellent as were the lovely young men on concierge who booked our taxis and took us to The Bay Golf course. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing with so much choice. We used the gym several times and it was well equipped and clean. The pool area and beach were lovely too. We played each golf course twice and the transfer of our clubs from course to course was seamless. Our only slight negatives were: we paid extra for a swim up room but our room did not get the sunshine at any point in the day so we asked to be moved to a sunnier room so we could sit on our balcony as it was cold in the shade! We got very mixed messages from the reception staff depending who we spoke to and some were quite unhelpful! We didn't eat in the hotel as it was expensive and meals in nearby Gialova were all excellent and much better value. Drinks were also expensive 24 euros for 2 glasses of prosecco and in the bar in Gialova it was 5 euros per glass! Eventually we were moved with just 6 days left and had a lovely upgraded room. In spite of this we would definitely return for the golf and the area but be very mindful of our room choice.

Fabulous hotel with outstanding facilities and amazing views of the surrounding area. Staff very friendly and welcoming local restaurants good, some lovely local shopping albeit at the upper price level 😳. The hotel has been sympathetically built to blend in with the surrounding area. Played the 4 golf courses all of which we fantastic and again great staff, clubs were moved for us ahead of each game which was really helpful 😊.

I have shared all the bad experiences (smell, noise, unlockable door,..) with the front desk and experience management, they sent people every day, they also said that the contion of the room is not acceptable, that this room should not be given to anyone, but no solution was found and as a result I had to run after the service team every day to get a solution or discount that is reasonable. I received a 15% discount which was still € 400,- per night for the worst hotel room experience I have ever had. It seems like talking to a machine, the worst experience I have ever had, nothing to do with luxury. I gave up now. I can not recommend to go to this hotel, although most people are very friendly and pretend to find a solution, there was no solution and it has nothing to do with luxury at all. The best ist the sentence" You are very important to us..." and than no reaction to what went wrong as a follow up. very bad.

Our fourth visit to Costa Navarino but first time at W Costa. For us, this hotel was perfect. The room was as stylish and comfortable as those at Romanos with a great view of the bay and the greenery of the resort. Everything was close at hand and the layout provided a great opportunity to stroll around and walk off all the food. Speaking of the food, the breakfast selection is outstanding - almost too much to choose from ! All of the restaurants that we ate at in the Agora were excellent but a special shout out to Eleftheria and the team at Hams & Clams as well all of the Santorre team for their outstanding food and friendliness. It was great to take the option to travel over to Navarino Dunes and eat there also. We had a car but a shuttle bus service is available that runs between the resorts. The beach was fantastic for two reasons. Firstly it was enclosed in the Navarino Bay which we are sure helped keep the water slightly calmer and warmer than that at the Dunes. Secondly, it was very clean, comfortable and calm, which is no doubt on account of the absence of children (sorry parents!). The spa options were excellent and Katerina was absolutely brilliant. This is an excellent place for a truly relaxing and high quality holiday and we will definitely return here - we were almost reluctant to share our thoughts!

From the moment you step into the reception area you know this is special… Check in took a bit longer than we expected but in fairness this is because the team take time to explain every detail around your stay. We were checked in by Fuidon who was professional but very personable, I real asset to the hotel. We stayed in a sea view room which was beautiful but the sea view bungalows were something else! The pool area is stunning very clean with comfortable loungers, there’s no towels on beds at dawn, there are 3 pools and the beach so no problems with finding somewhere to lay. Loved the DJ in the afternoons. If you don’t want the music then the beach is very chilled.. Loved the rolled up towels on the beds in the morning no waiting in a queue for towels. A nice touch. As other reviewers have commented the breakfast is something else, the choice is incredible, the seating area looks out onto the beach & pool , iced coffee’s have to be ordered and there’s an El la carte menu which you can order from, but the buffet is so extensive we generally used the buffet. It was my husbands birthday while we were there, the hotel left a bottle of champagne and cake in our room for him it was such a lovely surprise. The house keeping was immaculate, plenty of towels, bed linen changed daily and superb toiletry’s. All the staff we met during our stay were a joy, always acknowledged us and went above and beyond. Gialova was a lovely little town 20 minute walk down the beach, we walked there in the evening then got a 10€ taxi back, Pylos was a 12€ taxi ride other than the castle not a lot there. We can’t fault our stay … we very rarely return to the same place but will definitely return,
