what an amazing place. Everyone was wonderful. The lobby, the restaurant, the rooms were all super clean and well appointed. Great location for everything Polanco. Easy walks to most stores and restaurants. There were many holiday things happening in the hotel and decorations were so nice.

As always, we really loved our stay at this hotel..actually my favorite of all the IC hotels. The general manager, Senor Rey, and all of the staff are exceptional! Everytime that we're here it is like visiting close friends. I look forward to returning in 2025. Best, Professor Mann

We stayed here for a business meeting. The installations are a bit old and although it has been remodeled there are some design issues still, like ubicación of the plugs and functionality of the shower. Also a long walk to the meeting rooms and breakfast. However the location cannot be better, beautiful surroundings and view, wonderful service and very good breakfast and restaurants

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. 42 floors and 8 restaurants. Came for the F1 Grand Prix. The hotel was packed with VIPs but the service remained excellent. Special thanks to Leonel at the Concierge desk and Pedro at the Ambassador desk.

I am a Latinx California attorney of Mexican descent. I was racially profiled. I was in common lounge in the morning after going across the street to Starbucks. I was sitting in the hotel and lounge reading my emails and drinking my tea. I was approached by a hotel guard and asked whether I was a hotel guest. Many others were sitting in the lounge. I was the only “brown” looking person in the lounge. I felt targeted and profiled since I was the only one approached and questioned. I heard that in the past President Biden and Obama have stayed at this hotel. This is very disconcerting and I don’t want any of my taxes going to support such a hotel. When I brought it up to the hotel front desk they only provided an email and didn’t want details or any manager interested in talking to me.
