International fashion photographer, traveling the world for my amazing work, fashion week, meet the best people, enjoy hoteling, and best of all, spending my birthday in the beautiful Armani hotel Milano, where my passion about my photography all started. Spending my birthday in the capital of fashion, its extraordinary, and celebrating it at the Armani hotel is a soul the perfect match. The hotel always been spot on, the atmosphere is great, live dj music in some days of the week, the service always been royalty to people seek the luxury of lifestyle and feel the experience of what's the Armani all about. While I finished my fashion week, casting models, photo shooting magazine editorials, to have some time alone, and have a nice simple dinner at the Armani hotel restaurant, I ordered starter, main, deserts with some drinks. As you know, Im always always always honest about everything I say, and believe me, I have no problem say what's on my mind, if something bothering me or I dont like something. While I was eating, I found the taste of what I order, was not there, something was flat, missing, in another way, not that great. Once I made small comment and direct them to what I didn't like, its amazing how the service works over there. Mrs. Ilaria Grechi the quality manager of the Armani hotel, say with me to listen and understand what went wrong and why and how. I was amazed how really how they took such a thing very serious and they want to fix it right way, and they really did fix the issue but they even made it better, just to leave with a great experience that Im not mad or annoyed from the taste of food what was not right. The way they handled and treated the situation is a million dollar feeling to anyone just thought its like, ahhh, I will not come back again. But the way they do things specially Mrs. Ilaria Grechi she was really amazing to be there for such a thing when it happen. I came also the next day to have lunch, been greeted by the managers of the hotel, they made sure all was ok, and whatever happen before, they took care and made sure things like that should not happen. Every time I go to Milano, Armani is like a home to me to visit, even to eat and drink there. And the way they hand anything goes bad, this is acutely more important than the amazing perfect things they usually do on daily basses, and that's what counts. I cant wait to for next fashion week in Milano, to visit the Armani hotel again. Spent my birthday there, was something for sure to remember, and my birthday also its a women international day, 8th March. Two amazing celebration in one day, in the one amazing hotel. What do any reader take from my review. Beside the hotel is almost perfect if you like everything neat, clean, smell amazing, the whole experience is such to remember and believe me, nothing to regret, is the fact when something is bothering you, or feel something not right, they listen, and do whatever to fix it to complete from 99 to 100 percent. This is when I say, if things are not perfect, they listen, and they will do their best by professionals to make it perfect, and whatever you pay for, its worth it for you as its worth it for them, cause whatever they take, they give, and this is when each other hotel with issues to learn from. As you dont keep people and clients happy, but they keep talking about you in positive way to everyone, that everyone want to be the same place that you were there, and been happy like no tomorrow.

I went to Armani/SPA a couple of days ago, and it was such a great experience. Maybe because of Monday there were a few people and the atmosphere was incredible and relaxing. The best part of my visit was the body treatment by Giulia, a lovely blonde therapist. She worked it out with the medium/hard pressure I asked for - this was amazing! I did the Fluidity body treatment with aromatic jasmine oil. What I loved most is that they give you an extra hour in the relaxation area with any treatment you buy. You can sip herbal tea, enjoy the beautiful city view from the jacuzzi, and try the sauna and steam bath, which were perfectly heated. The ice fountain was also a fun and refreshing way to cool off. Compared to other similar places in Milan, this SPA completely worth it, I can highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at what I thought would be a top-tier luxury hotel Armani in Milan, but my experience was far from it. During my stay, my wallet was stolen, and instead of offering any assistance, or even sympathy, the hotel staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I reported the theft, they showed no concern and were utterly unhelpful in trying to resolve the situation. It took hours for them to contact the police and they offered no assistance in investigating the matter further. Instead, they made it seem like I was the problem. They claim to have shown me video evidence that the theft didn't happen in the room - this is a complete fabrication - they never showed me any video at all and I was told that no videos of the rooms exist. For a hotel that charges premium rates and claims to be “luxury,” their customer service was shockingly poor. I expected much better from a hotel of this supposed caliber, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay elsewhere if they want a pleasant and secure experience in Milan. Failed security, unsafe premises, terrible service, rude staff, and an overall disgraceful experience.

I was booked at the hotel last week and had my wallet stolen from the room. I had all of my identification and credit cards in it, the lack of which made my trip an ordeal. No one had access to the room other than housekeeping but the hotel defends their staff and was unsupportive throughout the whole process of filing a police report and communicating with us as the resolution of our problem. One would expect that when a hotel has a guest from a foreign country who is unfamiliar with their surroundings in terms of custom and language would be much more attentive to their plight in such difficult circumstances. Sadly that was not the case here either in action or sentiment.

I have been staying in this hotel for a long time since I was a kid. I was considering this hotel as my home in Milano. The interiors are nice. However, unfortunately, the quality of the services has declined very sharply. They don’t provide quality services anymore. They don’t care about the small details. When we arrived to do our check-in, there was no one at the door and we had to ring the bell for someone to come and take our luggage (They operate the same as the 3-star hotels). The quality of food at breakfast is low. The SPA team refused to amend our SPA booking, they are not supportive at all. I tried to speak with the hotel GM, but they refused. I spoke to another person at the reception and he took no action. If you are looking for a high-standard hotel, Armani is not your choice. Armani lags far behind Bulgari Milano and other top hotels in Milano. This will be my last visit to Armani. They have lost a very loyal customer.
