Park Hyatt Milan

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the get-go. They offered me an incredible upgrade, and it was luxurious! The espresso served while I was waiting was the creamiest I had in Italy this trip. The spa services were relaxing and luxurious -- the therapist was kind and responsive to my needs. THe facility was clean and they set the mood so well -- relaxing music and lighting. I cannot wait to stay here agin!

We love Park Hyatt Milan! We were lucky to get upgraded to a suite which was recently renovated. The bathroom and bedroom were well designed and modern. Bed was comfortable. The service was impressive. It’s very convenient in terms of location. We shopped in the galleria and the stores we visited could bring our purchases to the hotel directly without us carrying branded bags around the city. After we finished Michelin dinner at MO, our bags awaited in our room. Comparing with other hotels I think Park Hyatt is the best. We could easily shop and returned to hotel without the need of a long journey. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and the hot food was tasty. The only down side was that the spa service was not that impressive. The staff who massaged my husband kept coughing which made us felt a bit uncomfortable. There was no clear sign on rooms so a man bumped into the ladies changing room at one stage, which was quite embarrassing. Can skip the spa if you aren’t desperate for a massage. Hope this spa can also get an upgrade (both in terms of facility and service) if possible to match the high standard of the hotel itself. Anyway we do love Park Hyatt Milan and we look forward to returning to this hotel again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Park Hyatt Milano. The location is perfect to see many of the wonderful sites of Milan. It is right next to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and a short walk to La Scala and the Duomo. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive to our questions. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Milan. High recommend.

We were really impressed by everything from the friendly staff, excellent food to the stylish room. We already knew that the location was perfect, right next to the Duomo. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from and top quality. We also enjoyed the spa.

Staying at The park Hyatt Milan was the best hotel experience we have ever encountered. The hotel is located in the most central convenient location in all of Milan. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are impeccably appointed. The gym had more than enough equipment to get a great workout and it was never crowded. The spa was incredibly serene and absolutely beautiful. The food in the restaurants was prepared perfectly. All that said, the biggest impression left on us was from the hotel staff. I have never experienced such top notch service and we have stayed at many high end hotels. From the moment we arrived we were treated with the utmost hospitality. The bellman started our arrival off with friendly and over the top helpful service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and assigned us the perfect room that met all of our requests and more. We were shown around the hotel and escorted to our room by a lovely staff member. The staff in the restaurant was extremely professional yet very welcoming and friendly. The concierge went out of the way to help us plan sightseeing. They answered all of our questions no matter if it was in the early am hours or late in the evening. Room service, house keeping, was all spot on. It was because of the hotel staff and the impeccable service that we will only stay at The park Hyatt Milan anytime we visit.
