Casa Baglioni Milan

Cannot understand what make this a 5 star and a member of the leading hotels of the world. No lobby, no bar, no sitting area, strange breakfast, they charge extra for everything. Trance concept of no front desk and just a person sitting in the lobby with an iPad if you have any questions. Rooms are nice , but the lobby between the rooms and the lift are like a 3 star hotel. It’s ok if that’s what you pay and that’s what you expect, but to pay nearly 1000 euro for such a hotel is a complete disappointment, never again!!!!!

Great hotel with very personalized service in the heart of Milan. I chose this hotel for my Family's visit to Milan mostly because of the location. It is a short walk to the Duomo and central Milan. The hotel is very intimate and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The gym is very big by European standards. Will definitely come back the next time I am in Milan!

Intimate and quiet luxury with exceptional staff that genuinely like where they are and want to give you a great stay. From the doormen to the front desk, restaurant staff and cleaners I found staff welcoming, professional and stepping over themselves to assist. The rooms are beautifully appointed although not new, they are clean and everything is functional.

Great location ( walking distance to Duomo area and the best shopping), great neighborhood and quiet, outstanding design, comfort and amenities (Aqua di Parma for example), impeccable cleanliness, big rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast included in the rate, and a most competitive price. Highly recommended and would definitely book there again next trip to Milan.

Incredible hotel. I have stayed in all other top hotels in Milan. I like this better. It is cosier, no noise, the details are awsome. The location (Brera) is the best. You are close to Duomo (10 min walk) but without the crowd and noise. The staff is super! The next time i visit milan will stay there.
