Reviews for The Pfister Hotel
A Beautiful place to relax.
We stayed a week before Christmas. The lobby area and lounge was decorated so festive. We stay there often . A GREAT place to stay. Had a wonderful dinner at Mason's Grill. Had a great steak and well made cocktails.There is also the Pfister Club lounge on the top floor with a great view of the downtown and lake Michigan. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Staff was more than kind and very quick to make sure I had everything I needed.
Gorgeous hotel! Would definitely stay again! Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I was traveling with a rescue pup and was treated so well. The rooms were gorgeous and had every amenity needed. I especially love the dog treat bag!!

The Pfister in December - love
The hotel is just lovely and the Christmas decorations were so inviting. Check-in staff was very welcoming and helpful. I wish we had the opportunity to go to the lobby bar - looked like the had many top tier spirits and the space was lovely. The cafe was wonderful as well. I definitely want to go back!

Wonderful holiday stay!
The Pfister is a gorgeous hotel made even prettier for the holidays. Overall, the bed and room space were very comfortable, We especially enjoyed the pool on the 23rd floor and the beautiful lobby bar. The location is perfect for walking around the city. Highly recommend a stay here!

An exceptional stay
Our stay was pure delight.....lovely, well appointed room, great dinner at Mason Street Grille, and a delicious breakfast at the Cafe. All employees were very friendly and professional and eager to please. The bed was the best we've ever slept in. What a treat!! We'll visit again as soon as we can!!
