Reviews for The Pfister Hotel
Not what we remember.
Booking was difficult, took weeks to get confirmation email, all inclusive package was a waste as the spa/salon isn’t capable of booking more than a few weeks out and nothing was available to use the spa credit so the value was lost. The food and beverage credit was charged on our invoice and because the telephone system stinks, it took several calls and the run around to receive that credit back. Overall a very disappointing trip for a place we once remembered as impeccable and efficient.

Family friendly and upscale at the same time
Fantastic historic hotel in the heart of Milwaukee. Our family drove up for a quick weekend from Chicago with our french bulldog and 2.5 year old son. The hotel was very family friendly (to both kid and dog), our son loved the pool, and Mom & Dad loved the various on-site dining options (Mason Street grill, Cafe, Blu). We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

A Great Stay with Family
We love the Pfister. The hotel is beautiful yet not stuffy. The staff is friendly, making the hotel a comfortable and inviting place to stay. We were traveling with my 82-year-old mother and teenage nephews. The Pfister employees make it a positive experience for all.

Birthday Weekend!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pfister Hotel. Our room (Premier Double) was comfortable for 4 adults (would have preferred queen vs double beds). Using the Milwaukee Roadtrip pkg was great for on site parking & bonus $25 per day for the cafe. Staff throughout was very friendly, especially DeMarco w/Valet, Viktoria (check in) & Jack (check out) at the front desk & the bar staff in Blu (what a view!) & the lobby bar area. We didn't realize the Mason Street Grill was even there but it looked fantastic! Next trip! Hotel is beautiful & walkable to so many places, including Fiserv Forum, great dining & breweries! We'll definitely be back!

Elegance!
I love the atmosphere of this hotel! The lobby, the cafe, the lounge- all places people can sit and visit and interact. I love being able to walk around the hotel and see all the artwork and details of the original building. Sadly, this time when we validated much of the artwork was being restored. I love the elegance of the whole place! I miss the distinguishing wallpaper and carpets from each floor with the new remodel, but it is still elegant and gorgeous!!! Staff is always friendly and helpful!
