Birthday Weekend!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pfister Hotel. Our room (Premier Double) was comfortable for 4 adults (would have preferred queen vs double beds). Using the Milwaukee Roadtrip pkg was great for on site parking & bonus $25 per day for the cafe. Staff throughout was very friendly, especially DeMarco w/Valet, Viktoria (check in) & Jack (check out) at the front desk & the bar staff in Blu (what a view!) & the lobby bar area. We didn't realize the Mason Street Grill was even there but it looked fantastic! Next trip! Hotel is beautiful & walkable to so many places, including Fiserv Forum, great dining & breweries! We'll definitely be back!

Elegance!
I love the atmosphere of this hotel! The lobby, the cafe, the lounge- all places people can sit and visit and interact. I love being able to walk around the hotel and see all the artwork and details of the original building. Sadly, this time when we validated much of the artwork was being restored. I love the elegance of the whole place! I miss the distinguishing wallpaper and carpets from each floor with the new remodel, but it is still elegant and gorgeous!!! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Sweet Luxury
I never feel so taken care of as when I am at The Pfister. All my needs are met. Beds are superb. Stay in the newly renovated section for a special treat. The pool is the perfect temperature. We eat all our meals at the cafe or Mason Street Grill, on site.

Top Notch
From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you are transported back in time when guests were treated with top-notch care in an elegant and sophisticated hotel dating back to the late 1800s. The rooms are impeccably clean. The beds are luxurious. The views are spectacular. The food is of highest quality and deliciousness. No one could be disappointed at the Pfister.

A Memorable Experience
My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a package that included parking in the ramp and a $50 food credit per night. We were very surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite. We lived in Milwaukee in the 1990s, so we knew about the Pfister Hotel and wanted to stay there. The hotel lobby is a work of art. The staff, rooms and food are exceptional. The first day we had lunch in the lobby. We both had the crab cake sliders with clam chowder. Food and service were excellent. The next morning we had breakfast in the cafe. My wife had a vegetarian omelette and I had a ham and cheese omelette. They serve Starbucks coffee. Once again service and food were great. Omelettes were too big to eat all of it. Our last night we had cocktails at the Blu bar at the top level. Downtown area was clean and safe. Very memorable experience. They even have an Allen Edmonds store off the lobby.
