Overall services are gud staff is very cooperative and supportive everything is on time pool area is very clean we all members enjoy food is very yummy and delicious I enjoy many yummy dishes hotel environment very gud parking facility also very satisfying.

We recently chose this iconic hotel to celebrate my father's 85th birthday, and our stay was a wonderful experience. Duty Manager Abhishek Verma ensured every detail of our visit was thoughtfully arranged. Upon arrival, the welcome team greeted us warmly with welcome drinks, a diya thali ceremony, and traditional tokens like basil necklaces and silk stoles. Dhruv from the front desk personally escorted us to our rooms, where the Harbour Suite was beautifully decorated with balloons for my father and our twins, who were also celebrating their birthday. Two chocolate cakes awaited us, and rose petals on a red carpet added a special touch. Dhruv even took a group photo that was later printed and placed in my father’s room—a lovely keepsake from the celebration. Abhishek and Dhruv also arranged an electric carriage tour of the city, offering a unique way to explore the area. Small gestures, such as soft toys and a Ludo set for the twins, reflected the care and attention to detail throughout our stay. The staff at Sea Lounge, Palace Lounge, and Shamiana ensured memorable dining experiences. Dhananjay, Head of Palace Food Services, and his team ensured that we were taken care of. A special shout-out to Mustakim from Sea Lounge, who, upon learning that we were celebrating my father’s birthday, surprised us with an impromptu pancake cake complete with candles and chocolate rocks. He also wished my father and said that he wished for his long and happy life. It was a touching and unexpected gesture that we will always remember. A special thanks to Ms. Colette Nazareth from the GM’s office for staying in touch before and during our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly and welcoming feedback. The front desk also made our checkout seamless and efficient. This stay will remain a cherished memory for our family, and we look forward to returning in the future.

We spent two nights at the Taj Mahal Place. From the welcome photo to our check out, the service was excellent. We were upgraded to the Dutch suite, which was huge and very tastefully decorated. It had a beautiful view of the bay and of the India Gate. The only negatives were that the hotel and the breakfast area was very busy, due to conferences. Overall, great hotel , location and accommodation.

Everything was superb. Exceptional breakfast, hospitality, staff behavior (Ms Nishi, Ms Nidhi etc.) will recommend definitely to friends to stay and enjoy Taj hospitality. Nothing to say bad. Property is well maintained, give you feel the legacy of Tata.

This place is a gold standard in hospitality and it proves time and again why. I stayed here with my family for a staycation and was blown away by the amazing hospitality at every step of the way, right from check-in through to checkout and even after. It's hard to acknowledge everyone but I would especially like to call out Sapna, Dhrushti and Shifa at the Palace check in for their warm welcome and thoughtful touches. Followed by that to our host at Aquarius who remembered my daughter's preferences. The team at the Taj Club was excellent. So was Tushar, Tara, Pardeep and others at Shamiana. Lastly, at the Souq Alaa and his team made our lunch so memorable with a special experience for our daughter in the kitchen. Thanks especially Nitesh and Pritesh for taking care of us there. The team surprised us with in room decor, excellent recommendations, room upgrades and a warm smile always. Highly recommend anyone visiting!
