Marina Inn at Grande Dunes

Everything was wonderful during my stay. From the reservation process; Vicky was fantastic, professional and easy to talk to ro help decide our room type. From the front desk experience to the accommodations. The ease of check-in, the quality of the food at the bar. More than a wonderful experience I will continue to be a repeat guest.

On 30 Dec, my wife and I went to Myrtle Beach for our anniversary. Checked in to the hotel we booked online, which was a well-known chain. The service and cleanliness were atrocious. Considered on driving two hours back home at 2 o'clock in the morning after dealing with refund matters. The booking agency stated we would have to personally go hotels for vacancies. Because of the time of morning. Drove to the hotel, Marina Inn, at Grande Dunes. A beautiful, well-kept hotel with a warm, pleasant atmosphere in appearance and from the two employees. It was like sunshine in the middle of the night. Tired and exhausted, Cheryl and Joseph were so polite and accommodating. We couldn't believe the space and inviting beauty of the room. My wife stated to Joseph that we would be staying here any time forth. I agreed and am so thankful for the time there. Thank God for such a gift. We definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for your hospitality.

Received great greeting and assistance from Sam at the valet. We had a SUV loaded for our new home and needed lots of help extracting actual luggag. Sarah / Joseph were very welcoming at reception and had someone come to our room immediately to adjust the thermostat and start the fireplace for us.

It was great to speak with another person while booking my reservation for our family vacation this coming summer. Gail was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions regarding types of rooms, fees and accommodations. She was very personable.

If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, I would definitely give the staff at the Marina Inn at Grande Dune a higher rating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there over the Christmas holiday. In fact, our stay was much better than expected. To start, we initially did not have reservations at the Marina Inn. We had booked reservations at another resort. But much to our surprise, when we arrived at the Marina Inn, we were warmly greeted by Laura and Joseph. Both of them did a magnificent job of not only explaining the various amenities at the Marina Inn, but they were confident that we would enjoy our stay. The family members that travelled with us were also impressed. Overall, the staff at the Marina Inn were incredibly welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The three-bedroom suite we were assigned was in a word WOW. The suite was immaculate, spacious, very comfortable and had an excellent view. We will DEFINITELY come back for another stay at the Marina Inn at Grande Dune.
