Relaxing
Excellent service.spa massage was the best .thank you Makayla. Italian restaurant wasn't that great.just good. They need to hire more people. And also have 2 people at the bar on a Saturday night. But the room was clean and beautiful.would differently come back .

This was my second time staying at Hotel Arista. Everything was excellent-- our room (especially the spa-like bathroom), the kind staff, and the cafe downstairs. Definitely recommend for when you want to treat yourself to some luxurious R&R.

Excellent Hotel
Hotel Arista was a great experience. Every single employee I interacted with was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and attractively decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for a fan and it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. They also ordered our cab to O'Hare and the company they partner with was also excellent. Highly recommend.

You won't find a better place.
I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a pleasant experience. The rooms are luxurious and the staff is very nice and helpful. There's plenty do in the area, but the hotel scores big in my book because it's just down the street from a Portillos.

Helpful and Accommodating
The hotel is beautiful, clean., and has wonderful amenities. The staff were kind, accommodating, and cheerful. Everyone greets you with a smile and does their best to address any issues. This was my first stay there, and I would recommend Hotel Arista to others.
