Excellent hotel with a great staff throughout the property. Rooms and common spaces are very nice. Staff is extremely accommodating—Mariam in the restaurant and Gary and Edwin at the front door were particularly welcoming and excellent.

Called and ask for an email of someone I could contact regarding a new reservation, since I do not hear well over the phone. The very friendly person provided one for Bryson. I contacted him three times, each with very quick, friendly, willing and professional responses. Major complements to Bryson! For our belated 37th anniversary we were in tow for a Kane Brown concert, so I had already booked a more basic room through the American Express Portal which provides several benefits in addition to the Hilton Gold Elite Status benefits. So, I was hoping for a decent upgrade. However, Bryson recommended the Corner One Bedroom Suite with balcony. He said he could not promise it but would notate my reservation to help me impress my wife. We arrived a bit early for the American Express early check-in, but Leanna was also friendly and professional stating they would have a nice room ready asap. I told her we were just relaxing for the weekend and would just drive around for an hour or two. Upon return she had everything prepared. We were provided the room Bryson mentioned, however less the balcony (I intended to "sneek-in" a few good cigars to enjoy... oh well). Major complements to Leanna. The room was on the 4th floor #420. Better and bigger than the website or my pictures would indicate. The room or rooms were very large, overly comfortable, spotless and everything worked properly without any issues. We had dinner at the hotels bar Thistle & Rye (courtesy of American Express) their bar but with great food and a great view. Service and food were both spot on! We had WOK-FRIED BRUSSELS, SHISHITO PEPPERS, WOK & ROLL SHRIMP, T&R BURGER (yes, I copied/pasted that). Good portions, but, wow, so good I could have doubled everything! They do have a courtesy car that we intended to take us to the concert but the list was a one hour wait, even thought they do not accept reservations... small disappointment. The next morning we had breakfast courtesy of Hilton Honors Gold Elite Status at the hotels main restaurant Blue Aster. We had an omelet, French toast and a few sides. Another medium disappointment was that our server finally took our order then never returned to our table until with the check. All we needed was a refill and some butter for the bread, but it seemed to me that she was moving quite a bit but not really doing anything, just looking busy, even hid in the corner for a bit. We were one of, possibly, five tables occupied. However, I flagged down Nick, He apologized, was super friendly and took good care of us. Major complements also to Nick! Bottom line: 99.5% perfection thanks to Bryson, Leanna and Nick! Thank you, Jay

So nice to have a luxury hotel deliver luxury in a comfortable way, down to every detail. The room was spacious, bed was perfect, amenities all around…and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Mariam was an all star at breakfast and we loved the fresh delicious food (rock n roll shrimp !). I look forward to my next Conrad experience

Beautiful rooms with every amenity you could imagine. We stayed in a suite with a corner location. The suite was luxurious but without being pretentious. Modern and classy best describes our room. The staff were friendly and polite and we were always greeted with a warm welcome each time we entered the lobby.

Had a wonderful first stay here in April 2025. The service was on a level I had not experienced at a Hilton property since staying at a Conrad hotel in Dublin, Ireland. It is the small details which really made this property shine like greeting you by name at breakfast, bringing you shortbread cookies with turn down service in the evening, and providing cold towels in the fitness center. Also, a particular shoutout to every member of the Conrad staff who were all so friendly and courteous especially at the Blue Aster restaurant and the bellmen out front. Was offered a free ride down to the Parthenon which I took advantage of. The hotel really does strive to create lasting memories with their guests. Appreciated being welcomed as a Hilton Diamond member, and was given an upgrade to a corner room with large windows, luxurious bathtub, relaxing couch, comfortable desk, and a giant television with fine offerings plus streaming capabilities. The only downside to the corner room was that you could hear traffic and noise throughout the day & night. Not sure the hotel can really do anything about that except add more soundproofing. I also really enjoyed their fitness center, outdoor pool area, and all the neat places around the property to relax and read. Breakfast at the Blue Aster was simply spectacular. I recommend the french toast. Coffee and juices were also wonderful. The hotel's location within walking distance to Vanderbilt University with lots of great restaurants also close by was another plus. The hotel has a cute stuffed animal (large teddy bear) that you can purchase. So happy to add it to my Conrad collection of different plushes from my travels all around the world. Recommend this A+ property highly and hope to return one day.
