Conrad Nashville

The entire experience was wonderful. Clean and pleasant rooms stocked with goodies! All employees at the bar, front desk and valet very friendly. Especially enjoyed breakfast service from Miriam- so genuinely happy, friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

In town for a medical conference. We were impressed with the quality of the hotel room amenities - it appeared to be of high-quality construction and materials, which is especially I appreciate as someone who works in construction. I would like to specifically thank the concierge, Matthew, for helping brainstorm and figure out the best ways to make our visit one to remember. He was very pleasant to work with due to his professionalism and resourcefulness. I could hear it in his voice that he enjoys what he does!

Fantastic hotel. Rooms were great and turn down service was a treat. Food (both catered and restaurant) were well done. Blue Aster Lounge on the first floor had amazing cocktails and service (shout out to Nick!) I’ll be coming back and recommending to friends.

My wife and I just returned from a short trip to Nashville, visiting our grandson at Vanderbilt and enjoying the vibrant city (which is fantastic- the music, the food, the entire vibe). We decided to stay at the Conrad Nashville because of its location midway between Downtown and Vanderbilt (walking distance to both). We know the Conrad product generally, so we knew it would be top notch, but this hotel exceeded all our expectations. As an Amex Platinum card member, we were upgraded to a spectacular corner suite, but the real reason for the 5-star review is because of the people. The warmth of the welcome-- not just on check-in, but each time we entered the hotel, each time we had any request-- was extraordinary. We were greeted by name, and we felt at home-- quite an accomplishment in a big, "business" hotel. From the front desk staff to the doormen to the complimentary car service drivers, there was a true sense of welcome and personal service and concern. The Concierge Matthew was knowledgeable and helpful, the hotel was brand new, the rooms were clean and bright and comfortable-- everything was really perfect, and made a great trip even better. Getting around the City via their complimentary car service was a real bonus (although Uber rides are plentiful and inexpensive in Nashville). We will recommend the Conrad to anyone who is planning to visit Nashville-- and as the "Midcity" neighborhood project (and the entire city of Nashville) continues to grow, this hotel will be the center of it all.

Super hotel. Great service and the room was amazing. Killer bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. The server at breakfast (Maree) was awesome. I highly recommend this Conrad Hotel. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.
