Hutton Hotel

The customer service and professionalism of the staff was incredible- personal, and welcoming, they moved swiftly but never felt like anything was a rush. Ryan and his team made us feel like we'd been at the Hotel before, and he was the first face we saw when we got there, and the last one we saw as we left. I can't imagine coming back to Nashville again and not staying at the Hutton. Clean, fun, sultry, classic yet contemporary, bravo Hutton for a great staff and beautiful hotel!

David was very social and nice. Enjoyed him a lot. Was very kind. Everyone we interacted with was amazing. Enjoyed how social all workers were. Made us feel extremely welcome. Was also nice to get suggestions on were to go around town since there are so many options around town.

This is an expensive hotel. You would expect to get some tangibles for that. The location is so-so, around 30 minutes walk to the downtown / Printers Alley music scene. For example, the comfort Inn is located way closer. They have a parking structure nearby, but it's independent of the hotel and I paid $55 just for parking for an overnight stay. I asked about it, and they didn't mention that it would be an extra, gave me the impression that it's part of the hotel. To stay with the earlier comparison, the Comfort Inn has ample parking with a security guard watching all night. What else? you'd think that for the price you could get some coffee; well, not for a standard reservation. They mentioned "some packages...", whatever. There was some coffee at the lobby for a brief time, but then gone, maybe it had something to do with one of the events they have. Not even a coffee brewer in the room. The room is pretty and comfortable, and has good views. This is the only reason for my average score. Also, the bed is protruding and has sharp corners. I banged my leg on it twice!

Ryan , Cameron, & Logan greeted us upon drop off. Tired from a long delayed flight, these young men were great! Friendly, personable provided lots of good information & suggestions. Checking in was quick, easy, and fun with Brie & Cesar. We were Cranky & tired from experiencing delayed flights. Brie & Cesar were patient; answered all our questions, actually had us relaxed & laughing by the time they gave us our room keys. HIGHLY recommend this Hotel!

The hotel is lovely and the room was very comfortable. It is starting to look a little worn in places, which for the money I wouldn't expect to see but this doesn't impact my experience negatively. Hotel is very clean and the restaurant food was delicious. Not the widest menu choice but the food was very tasty. My only comment was the restaurant staff were quite slow considering the restaurant was quiet on both occasions, and they weren't the friendliest. Not rude, but not forthcoming or smiling.
