I enjoyed my recent 7-night stay in April 2025 at the beautiful Nashville JW Marriott Hotel. When I checked out this morning, Stacye at the front desk remembered my name and made me feel like such a valued customer. I had a beautiful, quiet room, comfortable bed, and outstanding TV service that included a wide selection of entertainment channels, including HBO. Zack provided me an outstanding and informative tour of artwork at the hotel. I enjoyed the beautiful, large outdoor pool and expansive pool deck area for laying out and soaking in the stunning atmosphere. I worked out on the fabulous, high tech equipment in the beautiful. fitness center. I say high tech because you could connect to YouTube on the exercise equipment video monitors. I indulged in delicious food both in the Marriott club room and Cumberland bar. Samantha provided such friendly and attentive evening service in the club room as I munched on hot food items, cheeses, breads, desserts, and other items. I had a delicious meal at the high-class Bourbon Steakhouse on the 34th Floor. I came to Nashville on vacation to hear the music, see the tourist sites, see the Grand Ole Opry and go to a showv there. I paid for my room out-of-pocket. I will long remember the marvelous, spectacular, comfortable, personable, and truly fulfilling Nashville JW Marriott Hotel and its friendly, responsive staff.

Fresh spot to stay in Nashville. Ideally located with great service from the staff, all the way around. Will stay again and would recommend for business and pleasure. Short walk to Broadway, where entertainment abounds. In house food is solid in a pinch.

The welcoming attitude of the various staff, from the reception desk to the concierge to the coffee shop was truly Southern hospitality personified! Despite a large conference gathering, a feeling of openness and spaciousness prevailed throughout the lobby area, which is designed with multiple seating and gathering areas. A top notch venue!

I wanted to love this hotel but unfortunately it just did not live up to its name. Maybe it was an off weekend but we struggled to understand how the hotel was rated 5 stars. The beds were a bit tired and cleanliness lacking. The highlight of our one night stay was the breakfast- the breakfast was wonderful as well as the restaurant staff. Valet was great as well. We have stayed in several other hotels in downtown Nashville and found them to be a better value for your money. I have uploaded a picture of the restroom stall as I am unsure of what bodily fluid this might be.
