Island hospitaity is alive and well y’all 💜
I was born and raised in a family involved in the hospitality business in Hawai’i. An island boy. I have stayed in five star hotels many times. From the Bulgari hotel in Beijing, Eden rock in Saint Barts, Lobigili in the Maldives. What I experienced at Thompson Nashville during my recent visit was exceptional! I could tell that Kavid & Shaullete care sincerely about the property and making everyone of their guest feel welcomed. They were absolutely lovely and positive with every interaction. And had lots of recommendations and suggestion for things to do in Nashville. What an asset these team members are to your organization. I would like to think that it is our island blood. Perfect stay in Nashville
Great property in the perfect part of town! Room was very clean and comfortable! Hotel staff was very friendly. Restaurant food for breakfast was great! If your an AMEX Platinum card hotel make sure you book the room thru the Fine Hotels program. Great benefits you will want to take advantage of.

Incredible Stay
Front desk staff was fantastic. Made great restaurant recommendations, greeted us kindly every day, remembered the name of our baby. They went the extra mile to welcome us to Nashville. They were attentive of our needs traveling with our infant. Special shout out to Rob who’d make a fantastic GM in the future!

Always a great stay!
We’ve stayed here for a staycation twice and the staff is always so friendly and the decor and rooms are thoughtfully done with all of the Nashville details. I especially love the chilled water station just outside our room door! Kareed and Tyler were both exceptionally friendly and helpful.
