Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the Thompson. Kaveed checked us in and was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Room wasn’t ready but kept an eye out for us to get an upgrade. Love the central location of the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel bar, restaurant, and coffee bar. All very good. Overall great place to stay. Will be back!

Always a pleasure being back. Staff is attentive and kind as always as well as welcoming. Specially Shaulette! So kind and helpful. Interaction with staff is always professional and swift. Common area is very nice to sit and have a coffee or work for a bit.

Great place to stay in Nashville
The hotel is close to lots of music, fun, and restaurants. The room and comfortable. The beds are firm and nice. The pillows were all very soft, so depending on what you like it would be good or bad. The hotel gym is great and clean. The rooftop bar had great service and great views. I did miss having a pool. I purchased the room from a vacation package, expected everything to be paid, but had to also pay daily hotel fees I wasn’t expecting. I would recommend staying there.

Great Experience
Excellent Room. Check in service was great. Bell Service from Sam was really great. We loved our room. Great location. Easy to walk to many restaurants and shops and short walk to Broadway. Overall a great experience. This was repeat visit for us. It did not disappoint.
