The entire experience was great I highly recommend this hotel. My room was clean daily and the staff greeted me daily by name for that personal touch. I also enjoyed the ginger turmeric tea and butter croissants. I would recommend Thompson to anyone visiting Nashville.

Wonderful Escape in Downtown Nashville
I can't say enough good things about the Thompson Nashville or their staff. Located in the heart of The Gulch, access to restaurants, shops and music is literally at the doorstep. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff members and, after a quick game of rock, paper, scissors with Nicola, I was given a complimentary upgrade to the executive suite. The entire hotel is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated but the suite had wonderful art deco details, tons of space and included a turntable and vinyl collection curated by Eric Church - not to mention great views overlooking downtown Nashville. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night so I didn't get to take full advantage of the soaking tub or some of the other amenities but it was a delightful stay. The icing on the cake was discovering that the valet team (shout out to Brian) had charged my hybrid overnight so it was juiced up and ready to go when I got in the next morning. I definitely recommend escaping to the Thompson when you're in Nashville!

Beautiful but not the comfiest
Beautiful hotel, staff is super nice. Roof top bar has good drinks and snack foods! For the price beds are not comfy caused us back pain and I suggest bringing your own pillow. I barely could sleep bc the pillows were that bad. The smell of the coffee place was my favorite.

Remarkable staff and exquisite hotel
The staff at Thompson Nashville, by Hyatt hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially Mr. Kaveed Brown at front desk. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I had a great time and I’ll definitely be back!!
