We stayed in the “Fabulous Suite” and it really was quite “Fabulous”!! My family and I would definitely recommend it 10/10. Not only did it have great big windows that wrap around allowing us to have the prettiest view everything was automatic with a push of a button you could open/close the shear curtains or there was a blackout setting. Our valet guy Josh was so welcoming and helpful as can be!! Give that man a raise!!

We really like this hotel and have stayed several times here. We had a pleasant addition this time. The valet service….Enjoyed the conversation and help from Joshua Greer the gentleman that was working at the valet station. Quick and helpful and courteous. Thanks!

I’m so glad we chose the W Hotel for our staycation! Nareen was absolutely amazing and made a lasting impression on our weekend getaway. Her service was incredibly accommodating and hospitable—she’s truly a GEM! We’ll definitely be returning.

First time at a W and I was impressed. Nareen at the front desk was wonderful and she made our stay seamless! She made us feel welcome and her customer service was top notch compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooftop had amazing views of the city and yummy drinks.

Derron Haynes- was great! Hotel was very nice. Excellent experience all the way around. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was perfect. Bar was very good experience. Will be back for another stay in the future. Very good location as well…..
