Excellent service
Fabia was fabulous! She provided outstanding and expeditious service. My family found her warm and greeted us with care. We appreciated her finding us a room that was when we arrived in the morning. Rooms were clean and no issues. So far staff has been great and an enjoyable vacation.

Trip for a wedding.
Beautiful resort but it’s cold and unwelcoming. Staff is awful. Miserable. Everything is met with attitude. except the housekeeping, she was wonderful. Rooms are beautiful and kept. Hotel itself is obviously beautiful. The pools and water park are top tier, no complaints there.

Checked us into dirty rooms
I was turned off pretty much the moment we arrived and were checked into dirty rooms. We had to drag all of our luggage back to the front desk to get new keys to new rooms. It was not a short walk and no one offered to assist us with our luggage. The food is laughably overpriced and not great. Having to make dining reservations weeks in advance was also annoying. The service wasn't anything special. The rooms were not cleaned in the mornings (despite generous tipping). They only made the beds and left new towels. All the crumbs and sand stayed put for the entire stay. It's a good point redemption, but I would discourage anyone from paying full price for this resort. Go to Cancun instead.

Grand Hyatt’s excellent service
My wife and I received an unforgettable treatment from Kyle Taylor at the front desk. I’ve been to many resorts and high end hotels and I can certainly tell the difference between good service and exceptional service. Kyle’s service went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, his service was just exceptional. My first impression on Baha mar’s Grand Hyatt hotel went from no expectation to excellent because the service I received from Kyle. Thank you Kyle Taylor for your service.
