Excellent service and amazing food. Waitress was really nice and brought out the food really quick. Was the best costumer service that I have had on this trip so far. Would highly recommend this waitress to anyone that wants to come here in the future.

Georgie at the Baha Bay beach club was phenomenal and made sure all of our groups needs were met. The facilities were well kept and food was phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Take some time to enjoy everything there is to offer, including the water park.

In addition to the wonderful staff, the cabanas, the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, the lounge chairs in the water, and the great food and drinks make this a fantastic retreat. A fabulous way to enjoy the day relaxing as well as all the amenities at the adjacent Baha Bay waterpark!

We do an annual family trip (12 people), and this is the third time we stayed at Baha Mar. the previous two times we stayed at Rosewood and it was phenomenal - we had some younger adults in our group this time and wanted to stay at SLS as it’s a bit livelier. What a mistake. We booked through Amex Travel, which gave us free breakfast at Cleo, we decided to extend our reservation from 4 days to 1 week and did so by calling Baha Mar directly. They didn’t mention anything about the second reservation not keeping the same perks as the first one. At initial check in, they upgraded the 4 rooms as per Amex, but on the second “reservation” which was supposed to be an extension, they charged us the rate of the free upgrade for ea h room. Talking to the front desk proved to be the same experience as the rest of the property and the restaurants / pools. Everyone is miserable (aside from the awesome bell team), service was a 1/10 at every restaurant we dined in, the breakfast buffet was so bad that we would order drinks as soon as we’d sit down, go get food, eat it and the drinks would still not be out. In 7 days, we didn’t have water, cofffee or juice with breakfast as it would arrive 30 minutes later. The only restaurant that had great service was Costa (rosewood again I guess) SLS sucked, and we won’t return there. Rude, robotic and miserable service all around.
